Only reason I don’t give them a zero is I can’t. They are hard to do business with. Start calling you if you’re 1 day late. Tomika said don’t put the account number on check. I always put account numbers on my checks

I have been a customer with 1st Heritage since 2013 never once had any issues while living in Louisiana. Moved to Alabama and will NEVER deal with them again. Tried to refinance the loan and wasn’t even contacted until a week later they never received it which is a lie as I had the confirmation number. Was told once contacted the manager would call me the following day. Never received a call. A week later received a letter stating it couldn’t be done. No follow up phone call to see about additional options. Zero appreciation for long term customers.
