The staff at GMT are professional, well educated, dog friendly, flexible with scheduling and ensure priority to jobs that need it. They use USA made products sourcing from the local community, offering lifetime warranties on most of their products, while also still maintaining very reasonable pricing. Their customers safety and satisfaction are first and foremost and it shows throughout their whole team. Joe came out on a Sunday for my estimate and by Friday of the same week I had my chimney lining replaced, everything detailed cleaned, and a new cap installed.

After searching for a chimney sweep company that were available to diagnose and repair before the inclement weather arrived, was extremely difficult. But GMT were able to arrive that same night. GMT estimated and fixed my whole situation before the snow touched the ground. I had an emergency situation with a roof replacement I previously had with another company gone bad. CO leaking in and unable to stay in my home. GMT secured the work done the very next day. My family and I were able to come back home after one night out. They were professional and fast in freezing temperatures. Town inspection passed. Service you can count on. Definitely reliable and compassionate. Highly recommend.

GMT Chimney Services did an outstanding job installing a new liner in my chimney. Their price was nearly half of what other companies quoted, and the work was excellent. My chimney wasn’t drafting correctly, which caused my water heater to break. After the liner was installed, the issue was completely resolved. Highly recommend for their fantastic work!

Fantastic! We called on a Tuesday and had Joe scheduled to come on Sunday afternoon. I got a text sharing when Joe would arrive in our time frame, and he was right on time. We have both wood burning and gas fireplaces, and Joe inspected both. He got our gas insert up and running in no time, despite us not knowing how to operate it. He took time to show us all of its functions, which was great. He also was very mindful to instruct us to ensure the flue was open when we intended to use it. The service all fell under the 'free inspection' which is incredible. Whenever we have any questions, we will be calling GMT!

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, all boxes were checked so I can’t ask for anything more.

Thanks to GMT Chimney Services!! Your team is awesome!! Joe took a look at my chimney cap because we heard it moving around a bit when the winds were high and I suspected there was some water getting in. And if waters getting in, I’m sure there was only a matter of time before a critter or two would find a way in.

We’re all set now though, Joe made sure of that and even sent pictures…which I really appreciate because I have no business climbing up in the roof to take a look myself lol. I’d recommend GMT Chimney to anyone, I’ll def be reaching out again for any future services that my home needs.

GMT Chimney is the best. My wife and I bought our new house and it’s the first time we’ve ever had a wood burning stove. Just to be safe we wanted to get the chimney inspected and the flue cleaned. We contacted GMT and they came out and gave us a free estimate. They were fair and didn’t push any of the work they proposed. We went with all of their recommendations however and so glad that we did. They were able to come out the very next day after the estimate and completed a full deep cleaning, flashing, and repointing and we truly feel at ease now to burn. We will definitely be using them for our annual cleans from now on. Thanks Joe & Alex!

They did a wonderful job with my chimney repair. They pointed out very directly what the issues were and provided me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, AND provided solutions that were within my budget (I had a the chimney crown repaired, a new chimney cap installed, and new flashing installed)

There was initially mild miscommunication on arrival times, but they communicated very clearly afterwards via text and call and did a great service.
