Went in today to open an account with my husband and daughter. From the start Deysi was so helpful and kind. She got both of our accounts set up and answered all of our questions. We were not sure on which bank to go to in Sherman, but I’m so glad we went here. If you’re looking for a new bank I highly recommend coming here and talking to Deysi. I have had a very positive experience with Neighborhood Credit Union and would highly recommend it to others. From the start, opening an account was a smooth and straightforward process, with helpful staff guiding me through every step.

One of the biggest advantages of this bank is its excellent customer service. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, whether in person or over the phone, the representatives have been professional, patient, and efficient in providing solutions. Their communication is clear, and I always receive timely updates about my account and any relevant changes.

I did encounter an issue with an automatic payment not going out and when I called in a panic, the bank resolved it quickly and without hassle. They took my concerns seriously, explained the steps they were taking to fix the problem, and followed up to ensure everything was in order.

The bank also offers a well-designed mobile app that makes managing my finances easy. Transferring funds, depositing checks, and monitoring transactions are all seamless.
