I can’t find this company in the White Court area at all. I don’t understand why they are even operating if they don’t actually provide service here. Every time I try to book a ride through their app—even when I place an order in advance—there are no taxis available. This has happened every single time I’ve tried. I’m extremely disappointed and it honestly feels like a scam.

This company is listed on Google, but it’s not active in Whitecourt. There are no working vehicles, no drivers, and no one answers the phone. I’ve tried calling several times with no response. Many people in town have said the same thing—this company does not exist or offer taxi service anymore.

It’s very confusing for customers who are looking for a ride, especially during busy times or emergencies. Google should update or remove this listing to avoid misleading the public.

If you're looking for real taxi service in Whitecourt, I recommend Whitecourt Cabs or Eagle River Taxi. These companies are reliable, available, and actually working in town.

Despite being listed on Google, this company does not answer calls, and there is no sign of any operating vehicles or drivers in the area.

As a local resident, I’ve tried to contact them several times without success. I also asked around, and many people confirmed they have never seen or used this service. This creates confusion for customers who are urgently looking for a ride, especially at night or in emergencies.

It’s important for Google and the community to update this listing to avoid misleading people. A taxi service that doesn't exist should not appear active online. It's not fair to the people who actually live and work here.

There are other local companies that are real, available, and working hard to serve the public—Whitecourt Cabs and Eagle River Taxi are two great options. I recommend supporting the companies that are truly active and reliable in our town.
