Tree branch impaled the windshield of my 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman. Windshield Hub was recommended to me by an associate so I made an appointment for the immediate repair. The technician named Carlos promptly showed up within the earliest part of the time window that was provided for the appointment. I was comfortable the resolution would have satisfactory results based off his confidence and obvious experience. I was right. He also offered advice and the whole experience was pleasant despite the circumstances. Quick but quality work. I would highly recommend!

The service was great! Easy to get an appointment. More affordable than other places. Same day service which was necessary. They were really accommodating and it just made my life hassle free. They not only repaired the window but took after of the aftermath of vacuuming all the broken glass. I’m really grateful.

A few days ago, a inconsiderate individual busted out the front windshield and drivers side window on my Honda. I called Windshieldhub, and they text me back with a quote. I was surprised and shocked of the fast response. The Technician name was Donny he was the best, I would recommend him to anyone that need help. He was on time, efficient, professional, great attitude, and the windshield and window is perfect. I explained to him that's i needed to go to my Granddaughters graduation at noon, he came at 09:00, and completed the job at 10:30. I would recommend this company and especially the technician for any window replacement needs. Thank you Donny for a job well done.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience. It is not worth the money saved versus Safelite. I have paint damage and a broken windshield 5 months after install and have been told to basically go fly a kite. I’ve never had a worse experience with any company I’ve ever dealt with. I am looking at thousands in damages. This company is a joke and I cannot believe that any of these other reviews are real. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please for the love of god take your business elsewhere

What a great experience. It was easy and the communication on their end was on point. Any questions I had they were prompt to respond and reached out shortly after my inquiry. Worked with me to get a plan set up. Then was able to get a technician out to my vehicle within a couple of days. Not only did he put a new front windshield in on a older 2004 Nissan Titan. Not the easiest to find. He did an awesome job on the seal around it as well. Very personable and professional. I really cant be any happier with the experience I had with WindshieldHUB. There won't be anyone else I ever go to. Thank you guys so much.

My car was broken into and the their smashed a window and stole my bag. I was already pretty flustered having to replace everything. I’m so grateful that I was able to get an appointment same day - much faster than the other well known companies. Plus the quote came in about $100 less. After making the appointment, I was very appreciative of how communicative the company was. They called to give me updates and were very responsive via text. The technician was great! Super professional and very thorough!
While I hope I never have to use them again, if I did, I would call them again in a second.

I won’t ever do business with this company again! First off the tech they sent was unprofessional and he wanted me to pay before receiving service. I found that weird but I didn’t let it bother me I paid him. So after he changed my windshield, it came time for him to put my windshield wipers back on. As he was putting the windshield wipers back on, I told him that he was putting them on wrong. He said he’s been doing this 10 years. Long story short, he puts my wiper arms on the opposite sides And destroys the grooves on the inside of the wiper arms. Then he’s trying to tell me I have the wrong bolt when my bolts have never been changed. He also said that’s why the wiper arms were not tightening and not spinning when I turned them on, but you could clearly see that that’s not the case. they’re stripped from the inside because he put my wipers wrong And this company refuses to pay for my new wipers or give me some of my money back or compensate me in anyway after me paying $350 for a new windshield.

I found this place online late at night and they gave me the best quote. What’s even better is they came out by noon the following day. Andrew was helpful in getting the window replacment scheduled and answering my questions about the service over the phone.

Walter who replaced the window did a fantastic job, the window replacement went quickly, looks great and he even adjusted the seats in my car to make sure the entire back area was vacuumed thoroughly and no glass pieces remained.

I highly recommend them. Better pricing than safelite and many other glass repair companies I called, and they came to my location for free.

Yesterday, which was a Tuesday, I walked up to my car and my passenger window was shattered probably by vandalism or a robbery attempt. They didn't break possibly because of my alarm. The window was kind-of still in place because my tint held the glass together. So I googled window repair and I tried Safelite and they weren't available for a repair appointment until Saturday. That was was too long of a wait for a broken passenger windows so then I found WindshieldHUB and started to fill out the form to get a quote on their website. I didn't even get through the second step and I received a call from them. They were extremely nice and asked a couple of questions to get me a quote. They said they were able to come today for the repair. The quote was a little more than my first quote but I was worth it to get it fixed quicker. So I schedule an appointment. They called me back later stating since my car is older the window was readily available and they needed to get it shipped which will delay the repair until the next day. That was still quicker than Safelite so I accepted a repair between 1pm-6pm. Fast forward to today I received a text the repair tech is on the way. I waited until I received a call and then met them. The tech was very professional and knew what he was doing. He took the door apartment, cleaned up the glass completely, replaced the window, and put the door back together perfectly. He even took the sticker off the glass leaving no sticker residue. Overall it was a great stress-free experience even though it was a stressful situation. I appreciate the customer service and how quick they were able to repair it. My window is completely repaired and would definitely use this service again if I need it. Now only if they did tints too they would get 6 stars haha jk. Thanks WindshieldHUB !

Great service and response. Glass arrived quickly even though my car is not something you see every day. Carlos did my install and he was excellent, communicative and friendly. Obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He even braved the Manhattan streets to do the install roadside. And the price was surprisingly reasonable.

Everything is great. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. Your company was $80 cheaper than the other company I was originally going to use. The other company was charging me almost $700 for me to take my car to them at a later date. Your company was substantially cheaper and came directly to me at a much sooner date which was more convenient. The man that installed my window was extremely professional, had great communication was very proficient and did my installation in a timely and prompt manner. Afterwards he made sure all the loose debris from my broken window was clean and that there was no shards of glass on the floor that could flatten mine or my neighbors tires. He then explained to me instructions on how to handle my newly installed window for the next two days. I am completely happy with the service I recorded and I would 100% recommend your company to my friends, family and coworkers in the future

Complete NIGHTMARE! I was scheduled for my windshield repair between 9:00am-12:00pm on Thursday. The technician called me at 11:30am to tell me he couldn't come and asked if he instead could come on Friday. He guaranteed me he would be at my home by 9:30am. He shows up at 10:00am and asks me if I could heat up his glue and gave me an old space heater. I should have took this as a sign and denied service. After my windshield was repaired, I go outside and noticed that he damaged my Jeep! He took no accountability for it and Windshield Hub will not take accountability either. They are trying to say the damage was there before they arrived! I have full coverage insurance so it not an issue of getting it fixed but this was THEE WORSE experience ever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Scheduling was easy. They did text to reschedule once because "the part [they ordered] failed quality inspection." This pushed the job back one day. One the day of, they were scheduled to arrive between 9am and 12pm. And they said they'd call a half-hour before arrival. It was almost noon and I had not heard from them. So I called. They said the installer was in route and would arrive in 20 minutes. And that's exactly what happened. The job was done in less than an hour. No issues. The price was the same as quoted. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Excellent work. Carlos came over and fixed everything properly. He cleaned up the glass from the inside and was very accommodating considering the lack of parking space. I hope no one has to go through with the broken glass in winters, but if you do, WindshieldHUB is the place to go
