I've been to Planet Fitness locations all over North America, including Canada, and never had an experience like this. I have a Black Card, signed in with my phone, and went to work out. Staff then told me to come back and fill out a handwritten form with my name and email. When I declined, they said I had to. I asked for the manager, and he told me to fill it out or go somewhere else, saying they're a franchise and can do what they want. When I refused, he said I could leave. I took his picture to document the interaction, and he threatened to cancel my membership. He also went into the system and changed my home club without my consent and canceled my membership. This location needs to be avoided.

The man at the desk i thought was rude because I was out of town. He couldn't use my charge card to buy Goggles for the bed and there was no way to buy them. He didn't help much at all. The woman came out and she said, come on, I can help you get them. And she let me buy a pair of goggles.

Probably the best PF I've been to so far. Stopped in for a quick workout while I'm visiting from Chicago. From the size of the gym, to it's equipment and polite staff... I was impressed. My home gym in Chicago is great, but this one's just better.

This is a nicely set up Planet Fitness that also has a 2nd level. There are also tanning beds, a Red Light Therapy booth, Hydromassage, Cryomassage and massage chairs for those with a Black Card membership.

Lots of treadmills, and area sectioned off for certain types of workouts. People there are in their own lane and seem to honor the Judgment-Free zone rule.

Personally, I'm in my own lane and don't pay attention to anybody else. Some of the men do look, but all I can say is don't give them eye contact and you'll be fine...lol...

There's also a big parking lot and is bright and clean looking on the inside.

The staff seems to primarily be younger, but they are very professional and helpful.

The PF app allows you to check the crowd level to determine when you want to go...because the machines can sometimes be crowded, but not too bad at all. They have more than 1 of the same type of machine so it's not bad.

The shower area, at least for the women, is nice and spacious. There are some private rooms and some open, showers and bathroom area.

I was rude to the staff when told semi trucks are not allowed on the premises. They were more than professional & courteous despite how obnoxious I was being. I was in the wrong and I am sorry.

I'm not saying this because how I behaved, but this is really the cleanest, most friendliest, and spacious Planet Fitness I have been to. The showers have plenty of room with big shower heads and plenty of hot water. I have been to gyms all over the country, too.

Thank you for being so professional!

Great Planet Fitness location! I believe it first opened in late 2024 or early 2025, and it shows with its newer equipment, clean and modern locker rooms, and overall refreshing design. The layout is interesting, featuring a loft-style mezzanine area with some equipment, offering a quieter space and great views from the second-floor windows. The staff is attentive, and management is actively engaged with both employees and members, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside I’ve noticed is the lack of a dedicated stretching area, but overall, this gym is outstanding!
