I was assisted by Gregory during the vehicle selection process, and he was absolutely amazing! I asked about several different vehicles, and he patiently answered all of my questions regarding the car upgrades and insurance options. We spent about 30 minutes going through the selection to find a vehicle that fit my budget, and he never made me feel rushed.

Gregory was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. The customer service was outstanding.

When I returned the car, I also noticed the other employees assisting customers. Everyone was friendly, patient, and treated their clients with kindness and respect. It's clear that great customer service is a priority here.

I will definitely use SIXT Rental again. Keep up the excellent work, and thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had an excellent experience with Amhad during my car rental. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely taken care of before I left.

Used the digital rental option to skip the counter process and everything was very simple and went smoothly. Hassle free and the workers were helpful. Plenty instructions were given for pick up and drop off which made the experience stress free. Also got a way bigger and nicer car than expected (Dodge Durango) which made me that much happier. Will use SIXT again in the future. Definitely had a better experience with them than other car rental companies.

Crystal at the front desk was amazing — she literally saved me from a huge problem.

I returned the car at 5:00 AM and dropped the keys in the return box, only to realize moments later that I had locked my phone inside the car. The office wasn’t supposed to open until 6:00 AM, and my flight was at 7:00 AM. Since you also need to take a shuttle to the airport — and the airport is notorious for long security lines — I was convinced I was going to miss my flight.

I rushed to the front desk, and Crystal was already there at 5:20 AM, even before her shift officially started. She was incredibly kind and supportive, and she did everything she could to help.

She first tried several times to reach the staff member responsible for the upstairs parking area, hoping they could come early, but no one showed up. So Crystal took the initiative herself. She found a large set of keys, went upstairs with me, and worked through a complicated lock box system — even though she had never done it before. She was literally on her knees trying key after key until she finally managed to open it. I got my phone back and made my flight on time.

Honestly, companies should recognize and reward employees like Crystal. I was genuinely blown away by the effort she put into solving a problem that was entirely caused by my own carelessness.

The usual rental experience itself was smooth as well: the car was very clean, the instructions were clear, and everything else went seamlessly. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Crystal. The next time I’m in New Orleans, I’ll choose Sixt again because of her.

Crystal deserves a raise!
