Connor and Hunter did an amazing job on our remediation! They were both so professional, efficient and great communicators. I would highly recommend Camelot & their team for all your needs! After an unexpected leak our pool room was a disaster. This team made it look like new and even helped clean all our damaged items out of the room. I can’t say enough great things about this experience from a very unfortunate event!

Top Notch Service from Start to Finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a terrible sewage back-up late at night, and Camelot completely saved the day. Our project manager, Tom (who is based in Lansing), came out immediately in the middle of the night to take photos and give us an estimate for the remediation and sanitation. He even had a crew waiting and ready to start the second he was done around 2am.
That night crew worked tirelessly until sunrise, and a daytime crew took over and worked straight through the next day. I don’t know the names of the crew members who worked on our house in the absolute dead of night, but we appreciate you so much!
Throughout the next week, we had Juelz, Domanic, Danny, and Phil at our home. Every single one of them was absolutely amazing and TOP NOTCH! They were thorough, courteous, worked their tails off, and kept us constantly updated. They treated our home and our belongings like their own.
You all made a horrendous experience so much better by giving us total peace of mind with a completely clean, disinfected house. We are truly so grateful for your hard work—you are all appreciated!

I used Camelot a few months ago and had a wonderful experience working with them. They did an amazing job. Carrie is great to deal with she is very kind and compassionate.
I called again today because of storm damage from the recent storm. I highly recommend them!!!!

Camelot was my first choice when I had a busted outside faucet that led to water leaking into the basement. They were able to come over that same day to get me an estimate to get it all cleaned up. The next day they had another guy come over and put fans and a dehumidifier in. Only took a couple days to get it all nice and dry. Everyone there is nice and very professional. They will do everything they can to get you taken care of and make sure you are happy with the end result. I will continue to do work with Camelot if I ever have another issue!

I’m really happy with the work Camelot employees did - from the first evaluation to completion. They were recommended to us by our plumber. When I called they were able to come out that day to start working.
Everyone was professional, helpful, and respectful. Very good communication between us as well.
