We ordered the combo. The fries portion was good, but it was lacking salt; it tasted only of spice seasoning, and the burger tasted like it was greasy, maybe using old oi for frying chicken and seasoning beef so it doesn't stick grill. I'm not sure. The ambiance was good, and the free arcade game box was fun to play. So for service and atmosphere 4 star. may be it was one of those day but consistency is the key.

Although the fries are not fresh cut, they are delicious, very crispy and freshly cooked. Definitely a superior frozen fry. Everything tasted great. Only downside to this place is that you won't get bacon on a poutine or burger as it is Halal.

Wham Burger absolutely delivers when it comes to bold flavour and proper smash-burger execution. The “Seattle Burger” is as legit as it gets. I was shocked at how good this place is while visiting from the GTA. This burger is a TOP 3 in any place in the GTA! The “Hot Southern Chicken” sando was even better than Dave’s Hot! Customer service was 10/10 as well. We’ll definitely be back! You guys have to keep that Seattle Burger!

UPDATE: changed my two star review to a 5!

The owner Adam is a true gem. After reading my review he reached out to me and apologized for the negative experiences. He didn’t try to make any excuses instead he informed me of the steps he took to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Without asking, he compensated me for my meal and thanked me for coming in as often as I do. I’ve been back a few times since and gotten my favourite Adam salads and I can confirm that they’ve been great every single time ! Go support Adam at any of his locations because he truly deserves it !

I love that the fridges still carry Mare Nostrum items but it’s been a disappointment lately when the last 3 salads have been rotten or slimey. The lettuce will be brown and the cucumber is starting to mold. I’ve gone back in and they’ve attempted to replace it but when you open the others up they’re also going bad. I wish there was more quality control.

As for the Whamburg side of things… their fries are great. The ranch is phenomenal and the chicken fingers are chefs kiss!

Very disappointed. I love wham but this was the 1st time i couldnt eat my food..the fries were cold and hard and the burger was swimming in sauce. I understand it was close to closing but the food is usually amazing.

I eat fairly regularly at Whamburg on California (uwindsor location). Generally, once a week. If it’s on Wednesday’s, they have a great deal, Wham Wednesday. A smash burger combo with fries and a drink is $10.99, cheaper than a combo at McDonald’s. The owner, Adam, is very nice, and this has been his location since its previous incarnation as Mare Nostrum, a Middle Eastern restaurant. But, I digress. The only downfalls about Whamburg are 1) it can be VERY crowded during the school year, 2) they have the audacity to have a “tip option” for a restaurant where you place the order yourself at a self-service kiosk, and pick up you own food when your number is called - you throw your own garbage out too, and clean off your own table. That’s really tacky. I would highly suggest removing that. Other than that, good overall.

Incredible experience, food, and prices.

Spent less than all my recent restaurant trips, and got such a nice chicken burger combo, very filling. The chicken is crispy on the outside and very juicy. The sauces are perfect. The double fried fries are the best fries you've ever had. The staff is friendly the restaurant is clean, they make it super easy to support local. Thanks for the great food!

I am still such a fan after 7 months. Order often on Skip and still everytime its hot and fresh and delicious. I decided to try the hot chicken sandwich for a change, and it's definitely my new favourite!

Found this newer restaurant recently figured I'd stop in to their Walker Rd location.

Ordered the Wham and my second stop I got the BBB

Both were very delicious burgers with the standard toppings (you can order how you like it). The buns are so soft and go perfectly with the burgers.

Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat

You can eat in or take it with you.

We stopped by because their instagram said kids eat free for lunch on the weekend. The kids loved it, we loved it and the staff was so friendly! I highly recommend the chicken burger and the milkshakes mmm! All 4 of us are for $45 and left full!
