Excellent boutique hotel near center of Parker, CO. My king deluxe accessible room was excellent and very comfortable. Bed was incredibly comfortable and bathroom shower luxurious. Lighting, refrigerator and tv practical and easy to use. Coffee maker small. Staff was wonderful and very helpful/friendly. Price of room very acceptable especially with a special discount. I spent 5 nights and 6 days here in June for a family wedding off-site. Doug's Diner in hotel had tasty food and friendly service. Used Uber to/from Denver airport. Only negative was the longer than expected walk to center of Parker coffee shops and restaurants. I loved this hotel will return in the future!

Neill is the manager and has been very helpful during our 4 night stay, as was Janelle, front desk. I like it because of its modern decor with very comfortable beds (a must for weary travelers) and high end cotton linens. The walk in rainhead shower is very nice. Did I mention luxury towels and pillows?
There are restaurants on property and good ones within walking distance.
There is a keurig coffee maker in the room and the safe is a good addition.
Be aware there are no laundry services at the hotel.
Amy, the housekeeper that serviced our room went the extra mile.
Location is safe and if you like movies a new theater is just across the way.
Nice exercise facility.

We were in aurora for a wedding and friends recommended The Parker. The location was fantastic. Restaurants in the building were fantastic. The whole area in the town of Parker was just so new and vibrant. The Parker hotel was very modern clean with fantastic amenities. We had a suite with a king bed a sofa, a big screen TV and a large bathroom with beautiful glass enclosed shower. The staff from the front desk to the room attendance made us feel so welcome and at home the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. Thanks to everyone on the team at the park for making us feel so welcome.

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in May. Primarily chose the hotel for its location as we needed to be nearby and also chose it as it had a good vibe.
Our room was clean and nice. We had a frosted window so no view. The bed was comfortable and overall, it was enjoyable.
Had a drink at one of the bars Friday night and it was practically empty at around 10:00 pm.
The front desk staff were nice and helpful.
I am not giving any stars to the location as I don't know anything about the location. I will say that the diner downstairs attached to the hotel is phenomenal and a must visit. I've rated it separately.

A fine hotel.

Breakfast is not available in the hotel, but they provide a discount coupon to the the diner in the same building and that is an excellent choice.

Couple of minor nits... Rooms could use a bit more light. And one of the power outlets had spotty power.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Parker Hotel. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The best part is how comfortable the beds are! It is a 5 minute uber or 15 minute walk to downtown, making the location perfect for a night out. Check in is easy and fast and we have never had an issue with parking. We will be back!

Birthday getaway, dinner, and a concert at the Pace Center. You can't go wrong booking this property. Free bicycles to tour the neighborhood. Main street is just a half mile to the east. Great little stores and restaurants. Parker has grown since our last visit over 40 years ago. We will be back to explore and enjoy ... PEACE !!!

Came here planning to spend some quality time… mostly in the hotel. A little surprised there’s no microwave in the room — maybe that’s a Holiday Inn Express thing?

The shower is low flow, the hot water is enough but never gets toasty-warm, and the beds, pillows, and towels are perfectly fine… just not “I’ll write home about this” fine.

The staff, though? Absolutely amazing. I needed one tiny item and before I could even sit down, it was at my door. Friendly, helpful, and basically magical.

Rooms are on the dim side, with 1920s black-and-white décor and a great chandelier. Not totally soundproof, but good enough if you’re out and about during the day.

If I tried again, I’d ask for a top-floor room with a balcony. Otherwise, I’d probably look elsewhere — but for this stay, it was totally sufficient. Sometimes “just right” is enough. 😎

Amazing location in parker, beautiful hotel with lots of character, did not hear any noise, very clean, stunning bathrooms, would have loved a bath tub but maybe there are some in other rooms. Did not get to try the restaurant but it looked great. The heat was a bit hot for us at first so would recommend if you don't love heat or are coming from a humid place, ask them to bump down the heat before arrival or bring a humidifier. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Great deal for the price.

Lovely!
This hotel is beautiful, and the staff are well suited to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the beds are cozy.
Although there is no in room, coffee maker or microwave, complimentary fresh coffee & tea is available mornings in the lobby.
The attached restaurant/bar serves good food and better drinks. The staff are always a joy to interact with.
The nearby Doug's diner is a fantastic breakfast spot and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. We have stayed there about a half dozen times and every single one of our experiences left us eagerly awaiting our return.

Our dog Whiskey adores the prairie dogs in the nearby dirt lot during summer. They are fun to watch if you can catch them!

We stayed for two nights and were pretty unimpressed with our stay. I’ll start with the good though: The bed was very comfy and I liked the security of needing to scan in with your key card to get into the hallways. The balcony was also nice to get some fresh air. Staff was nice, and the restaurant on the ground floor was great.

Now here’s my issue: When we walked into the room, the smell was so bad, like sewage. I ran all the faucets and opened the window and it went away, but not a great first impression. Then, I had one of the worst shower experiences of my life. The shower itself is just one glass wall with no door or curtain to keep heat or steam in, the water didn’t get very hot, AND it had one of those waterfall shower heads, which is maybe nice and relaxing for some people, but was not ideal for me due to the super low pressure and having to stand in the cold air to wash my hair. The TV was glitching and the remote hardly worked. I don’t like to complain or be “that guy” but I probably should have asked to switch rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again, but maybe I just had bad luck with my room (401).

We had a bit of an odd trip. We live about an hour away from Parker but my husband needed to visit the ER. It was myself and 2 small kids and we were experiencing issues with the kids at the hospital so we needed to find a place to go close to the hospital while dad was being taken care of. We picked this hotel and I’m so glad we did. I called the front desk at 3am desperately looking for a room and the gentleman was so kind and accommodating. I explained our situation and he was so helpful and compassionate. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love for the employee who helped me tonight to be recognized for going above and beyond.

I had a really pleasant stay here! The hotel itself was very nice, super clean, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. They have coffee in the lobby and a diner conveniently next to the hotel (same building but you do have to go outside to access it). Rooms were reasonably priced and had elegant decor. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and overall, it was a great experience.
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best and parking was a bit difficult, I actually ended up having to park over in the AMC theater lot. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning if you’re driving in.

All in all, I’d definitely stay here again. The cleanliness, friendliness, and convenience of the place easily outweighed the minor inconveniences.

Staff was nice and helpful. The superior king showed a desk in the room, but ours did not come with one (only in certain floorplans? So make sure you ask when checking in). However, they were nice enough to bring a up a café table & chair for my husband to do his work at. It was convenient to most things in the Parker area as well.

New hotel well located in Parker. The decor is very boutique and the photos do not do it justice management ought to pay someone to do it professionally. The room was specious and comfortable the bed quality excellent. The bathroom is very modern and well designed. The night manager was very friendly and truly know customer service. I will return
