Jeff was wonderful. He came to my home and we discussed what I was looking to do. He then provided me with two quotes. Once I decided, Jeff was very prompt in getting to my home. Once he and his associate arrived they installed my system. They were efficient and worked cleanly. I They installed recessed speakers and a home amp. I could not be anymore happier with this company and my system. In the future if I need anything I will be calling him.

My TV died and I called Jeff and purchased a TV from him, He was here the very next day. Not only installed new TV on wall but fixed additional TV in different room. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before he left. I highly recommend him!!

We had a great experience with Jeff & his assistant, Colby. From the outset, Jeff was super responsive and helpful with our TV selection and setting up a quick and convenient installation appointment. They were professional, personable, and easily got our new 55” TV set up quickly, ensuring we knew how everything worked. Jeff and Ateam his assistant installed my internet and router, oled tv and Rti controller. Lots of issues that they worked through with xfinity and rti. Converted my house speakers from analog to digital too. Four days and many hours spent at my house over the summer for these projects. Over the phone troubleshooting a couple of times too.

Jeff recently installed our home security cameras. He did a fantastic job, especially considering we already had the cameras and that he didn't have first hand experience with the particular brand of cameras we were asking him to install. However, that didn't stop Jeff from quickly figuring out the installation and then teaching us how to access the cameras, make changes, etc. The cameras are hard wired and he neatly hid the bundle of wires in our small office that would otherwise have been an eye sore. Jeff addressed every concern we had and answered all of questions. Highly recommend!

I had installed 15 years ago a at the time a state of the art multi tv and audio system for 5 rooms ..As time went by the system became unmanageable and I eventually couldn't use much of the system..My daughter googled and found Home theater associates ..we made an appointment..Jeff showed up on time as scheduled..Gave us options on how to update and streamline our entertainment theatre's system..We are back up and running enjoying all the benefits of our original system with a few updated units..Highly recommended this company ..

Eighteen years ago we built a home and fortunately used the services of Jeff Franklin and his company to install our whole house stereo system. Technology has evolved and upgrades were the way of the future. Yes, we once again hire Jeff to engineer, design and install these upgrades. The system is now complete. The installation was done efficiently with attention to detail. Hesitation on my part was the ease to operate this new technology. We were assured that even 76 year old people would feel comfortable with this process.
