I had a great experience. My technician, Nicholas, was very helpful and honest with me about the state of my furniture, which I greatly appreciated. I was told of everything that he would do and he also was very kind to help me move my loveseat.
The cleaning process was also very fast.
Another positive was the update texts providing a picture of my technician. I really appreciated that as a safety measure.
I’m very happy with the service I received.

Jaylon was friendly, professional and thorough. He would stop occasionally at old spots that I already considered a lost cause… I’d say “just leave it, it’s fine!”, to which he’s like “Not for me!” and proceed to get it all out.

The hot cleaning solution and powerful vacuum do a really good job at insta-cleaning even high-traffic areas with years of grime embedded in the carpet.

Good price too (great even, considering the promo), exactly as the online estimator calculated, and no upselling or nickel-and-diming.

Ishmael was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely professional and was incredibly thorough with his cleaning. Our carpets look ten years newer in just one treatment. We highly recommend!

The gentleman who performed the cleaning was very nice and polite. The cleaning and deodorizing was less than satisfactory. The area rug was still heavily soiled, their were several small stains that were still very obvious after the carpet dried that I was able to remove either Resolve and a some elbow grease, and the deodorizer that is supposed to remove allergens and small particles did absolutely nothing. I was still removing lint and hair just from brushing the carpet 12hrs after it was cleaned. Definitely not worth the price and will not be using them again.

When we opened The Empty Corner in 2022 we decided to get white laminate flooring installed. 3 1/2 years later and the floors were looking ROUGH after a lot of wear and tear. I decided to call Stanley Steemer and see what they could do to help us and I was absolutely blown away! Every step of the process was easy and professional, and our floors look brand new again. We are so satisfied and thrilled with the quality of service we received!
