Tech was kind and personable. Service was mediocre. I was told by another customer that they moved furniture and put it back on foam pads to allow your carpet to dry. This is not the case. Our furniture was not moved, however, the tech was happy to move the couch 4 inches to clean a spill area. So half our living room and bedrooms were not cleaned due to furniture (bed in 2 rooms and couch and chair in living room) but I was charged $15 more to clean a small walk in closet! Meanwhile, the closet in one of the other rooms wasn’t done at all (pic of closet). After carpet dried it was crusty. My loving room had a 3 foot stain line that wasn't there before the cleaning. I since removed it with my own carpet cleaner. I paid extra to get more pet hair off the carpet- I’m pretty sure he did it because the tech seemed honest but I didn’t see it done unless it was just part of the cleaning hose. The cleaning hose itself was dirty on the outside leaving mud on my entryway hardwood floors. Not sure if it’s custom to leave your shoes on- we don’t walk in the house with shoes on, but the tech did- I would prefer waterproof booties. Conclusion: carpet is a year old. Service took 2 hrs. I’m glad I moved the small furniture out of the way before arrival. Tech was nice- hard working- polite. I most likely will not be returning customer. Oh and upon doing some research uncovered the company sold - so now employees only get paid a small % of each transaction - not steady income - so it makes sense why the furniture wasn’t moved! I get it. If I was only getting paid pennies to work my tushy off - I’d do the minimum too to get to another job to earn more pennies.

Update: You will see that the company responded to my review stating a manager would be in contact with me. After 3 days, I guess I will call them because they have not made any effort to contact me. More updates to follow.

I bought my house and notice smells in the bedrooms decided to call Stanley Steamers To get this smell out,
Some how my appointment got canceled but customer service was able to get me another time slot for the same day,

I had Hunter. Very professional and knowledgeable, friendly. He did a Awesome job house smells great, we only had carpet in the 3 bedrooms the V shape in the carpet is very nice and well done...
PS there needs to be option to give tip at payment time.

We had our tile floor cleaned and grout sealed/colored. We also had our granite countertop cleaned. The counter had some water staining near the faucet that was not possible to get off all the way but the counter definitely looks better and the floor looks great. The service was easy to schedule and the technician, Hunter, was very polite and customer service focused. For a temporary fix it was well worth it!

Stanley Steamer has been my go to for decades. Their process for scheduling is beyond easy and convenient. They send plenty of updates leading up to the technician arriving at your home. You can track them so you have time to prep your home and get your animals put away. They’ve always been so professional and the outcome of the work is exceptional. The employee Jason was so great. He took extra care around ensuring the carpet was spot treated, deodorized and cleaned. He placed signs to ensure the transfer from the carpet to hardwood was noticed and there was no fall risks. Overall A++

We had an excellent experience with Stanley Steemer! Hans came out to clean the carpets in our upstairs area and he did an outstanding job from start to finish.

He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the process, made sure everything was protected before starting, and worked carefully to get the carpets looking great again. The difference after the cleaning was noticeable right away — everything looked fresh, clean, and revived.

What I appreciated most was Hans’s attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. He treated our home with care and made sure we were happy with the results before he left.
