We used Paradise Plumbing Pros services for the first time to install a new kitchen faucet. The advice, fast and great work doing the installation was excellent. We highly recommend Paradise Plumbing Pros to anyone looking for great work with a reasonable price.

Jon N. of Paradise Plumbing was very professional and considerate. Timely calls/texts on arrival time and quick reschedule was done. Wore booties and used drop cloths to protect my flooring. Would not leave until the water service was turned back on (by ED Irrigation) to ensure everything was working properly. I would hire them again.

So Jon and Todd came out this morning for a clogged drain. I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. They unfortunately were unable to unclog the drain no fault of theirs but because of a problem with the pipes and unfortunately I could not approve the work since I do not own the house. They were both kind and understanding and they did get to the core of the problem. Once I get the approval from the home owner I am hoping that they will be back to finish the job. I will strongly recommend both these men to anyone that requires plumbing work within the Sacramento area. I loved their honesty l, fairness and their professionalism.

Jon came by for something as simple as turning on my water heater. Communication was great. He was knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer! It’s a relief knowing we have helping hands like this in the Carmichael community!

I had an outstanding experience with Jon from Paradise Plumbing. He replaced the tank lever set for my toilets, repaired the sink lift rod, and fixed couple leak from my bathroom sink handle. Jon was not only highly professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the entire process a pleasure. He explained everything clearly and ensured excellent cleanup after the job. His customer service was top-notch, with great follow-up, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. I highly recommend Jon and Paradise Plumbing for any plumbing needs!
