Probably the worst pictures I have ever seen of myself, and I paid $40 just to sit there... then I got them redone for another $15 retakes which was a total rip off considering the new ones were bad as well. The "photographer" fixed my hair about 3rd picture in and when I received my pictures I had hair literally sticking up in the rest of the photos taken after the 3rd photo??? Went to order them since my parents were adamant about me getting them and found out it costs ANOTHER $10 to have my hair touched up that he physically moved? PER PICTURE. Lol and then to buy the packages... don't even get me started. I graduated in June 2016 and it's now March 2017 and I can finally afford to pay for the package lol. Why on earth would university students be able to fork out hundreds of dollars for photos that look like garbage and need to be touched up? I guess it's because my school decided to use a MONEY GRAB company to do them. So unimpressed. As if I wasn't already 10s of thousands of dollars in debt already from school. Never again. Not sure if I'm able to give 0 stars.

My parents ordered pictures even though they all turned out terrible. I was having a bad face day so we got the $20 touch up and they didn't even match up to my skin tone (there are big white spots on my face from where they removed imperfections). My brother just graduated too and paid half the price for more than double the pictures which were actually cut and look much better (different company). I'm pissed

I had my pictures taken for York University graduation and the pictures were horrible. I have had my picture numerous times at Walmart and they do a much better job. I think the photographer purposely puts your head in weird positions and tilts your head down so you have to do retouching. What a scam. I am so mad that he ruined my one chance to have grad pictures. Total rip off!! I also didn't order any even though it means forfeiting my deposit! they were that bad.

I have never had or seen such horrible pictures. The receptionist was rude and in a hurry to get out and so was the photographer. The pictures taken are awful. The photographer, and I use that title loosely, has my neck kinked in almost every picture. I essentially look like a confused dog with its head tilted to the side. Why would you tell me to put my head like that? Luxarte needs to hire people who actually know what they are doing and care.

I recently had my graduation pictures taken at Brock University, with Luxarte photographers. The receptionist lady was rude and unwelcoming to everyone I saw her talk to, including myself. The photographer himself seemed decent at the time, but results of the pictures were terrible. The composition and lighting were atrocious. The fake flowers looked DEAD. I wear glasses and there was glare on my lenses in all twenty of the shots taken. The retouching fee to remove the glare is $10, when any decent photographer can structure the shot such that glare does not occur on glasses lenses. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my experience with Luxarte and will not be buying the photographs. I'd rather photoshop myself onto someone else's graduation photo. I can get better quality photos from the photobooths at Walmart.
