Victoria made a negative situation from a couple years ago into a positive one. We had been trying to get a refund for a long time for an overpaid bill and she was finally able to get it handled. She explained their processes now that have changed to make sure billing is on point.

If you’re terrified of the dentist and haven’t been in years, DO go here! I was so scared after not being to the dentist in many many years and both Terry and Dr.Vaughan were nothing but kind, gentle, and caring through the whole process. No judgment- only here to help and get your teeth back to their best! Everyone was very pleasant and put you at ease. My experience has left me not as frightened to be back in the chair or wait so long to go back. Thank you all for your amazing work and support!

I was in a lot of pain, and I had not been to a dentist for years. On top of that, I was new to the area having lived in Austin for over two decades. Comfort Dentistry got me in right away even though I was a new patient. And there was no gray on what my insurance would and would not cover. The staff was professional, very friendly, and the dentist kind, and genuinely concerned.

Their prognosis did not involve dental work for a very painful ear infection. I had already been to an ER who found nothing, but the dentist suggested it might be TMJ, which I had already been diagnosed with years ago. I bought a night guard and started treating the area with heat and ibuprofen, as they recommended. Within a week, I was not longer in pain.

Good people you can trust.

This dentist is amazing. Her staff and their care is a step above the rest. Not only did both my kids feel comfort but my youngest was super happy that this dentist was very careful with everything she did. The care she gave both my children is something I don’t think I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend this practice for your family dentistry needs.

It was very nice and comforting. They made me feel very comfortable and safe, every single member of the staff were very nice, and the Dentist is very knowledgeable and overall I LOVED IT!! It was a last minute appointment where I had a tooth ache on Friday night and had an appointment for Saturday then next day @ 12 hours later and they did not hesitate in taking me in and correcting my issue which was solved in a an amazing way,

I was very nervous at first, but as the appointment was happening an amazing young man treated me professionally and kindly. I was very nervous, but the Doctor working on my tooth helped my anxiety level from 100 to a 1 really quickly. I highly recommend this dentist office. I have been looking for a long time a good dentist and I think I finally found it. Thank you!! I will be back.

Comfort Dentistry is a great place for dental care. If there is one thing I look for in a dentist, it's someone whose judgment I can trust, the doctor was such an easy person to talk to and very easygoing. More importantly, she and her staff go above and beyond caring for you. The process was clearly explained and I never felt discouraged to ask questions. Her staff was knowledgeable, helping to keep up an environment that is friendly and professional, and most importantly for me, not intimidating. The office itself is also well kept and clean. The Stone Oak location has lots of parking, and the office temperature and music is just right. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone interested in finding the right place for their oral health.

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they make you feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Agrawal clearly cares about her patients, as well as their safety and well-being.
