I was born in Japan and moved with my family to Colorado when I was 3 years old. Even at a young age, I found joy in helping others. I'm board-certified in family medicine, and have extensive training in preventive health and gynecology, and my clinical interests include heart disease and hypertension, mental health, diabetes, arthritis/joint pain and weight management. \n Outside the office, I enjoy running and baking.
