This is my second time using this company and this is the only company I'll go to for my tint. David has always done great work and strives on that.

Very impressed with the job these guys did with my truck. From the initial phone call to Phil inviting me to come see the product on finished cars these guys have been nothing but amazing. Everything turned out far beyond my expectations. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to protect their car or truck. If you are looking for top notch work these are the guys to bring your car or truck to.

I have been giving this alot of thought as to how I should, or if I even should give it a review. I wana start of by saying Phil's customer service was great! He answered all of my questions and followed up. I called and talked to Phil bout getting my front windshield done on my 25 M3. I mentioned some concerns and was told not to worry as there was no job there team couldnt handle. I called a few days later and also scheduled a quick wash and wipe down on my car after they were done with front windshield (175$) they said no issue we will take care of it. The day has come to pick up my car and it looked great, until I started to look. The attention to detail was not there which is crazy because the car is a few months old and I keep it extremely clean. It was more a test to see if I will be using them in the future on my multiple cars. The front windshield was done and had alot of imperfections which I texted the number that has been communicating with me and let them know of what I see and also started to inspect the few areas I knew they would mis.. Most shops do. Drop my car off the following day and we go through the things that they missed along with the windshield and now we have a game plan, at least I thought. I get a text around 3:45pm that day telling me that they cannot accommodate me with the front windshield because they keep getting contamination between film and windshield and they would have to refund me the 400$ due to not being able to perform the job. Fine, they said all of the interior and exterior that we discussed is taken care off and I can pick up the car. Come to pick up the car and the wheels look 10 times better (I think mgmt did them this time) but the areas on the inside that we discussed were not touched. At this point I have realized if you want something done you gotta do it yourself. I appreciate 2 things from this company the customer service from Phil, and them being up front that they can't do something.

In the pictures I have made a line in my fiona red interior to show what happens from clothing and skin oils when having a lite interior. It takes a wet microfiber and a little bit of scrubbing.

Hope this review helps others.

** I wanted to add to this since the response from the owner was changed.**

The glass has an imperfection from when I took the car to the track on the lower part of passenger side! The long hair that is in the windshield is on the opposite side (driver side).
Being transparent bout the windshield. Also the shop that attempted my windshield, was much better result then PWPs windshield, but at the time of talking to PWP they assured me there will be very minimal if any imperfections so I had previous shop remove the orginal tint, so I can have pwp do the job. It didn't take 3 other shops to attempt the job. Factory Auto Tint did end up doing my windshield and has yielded a 95% result with very minimal imperfections and no issue with having a very small rock chip.

The detail package was offered to me after I disclosed what i wanted done inside and outside, my leather to be wiped down from natural oils, and my wheels cleaned barrels included. I specifically told Phil that I would like my driver side door card and arm rest along with driver seat to be wiped down from the oils and was pointed towards that package.(175) To be fair besides that if a vacuum was in that package I would think that the team would pull back on the leather to get the hidden lint from clothing.

This review was modified so that way I can stay fully transparent to the next customer!

My experience at PWP was absolutely amazing. Phil did a fantastic job on my car and was very professional and easy to work with. I will be bringing my car back to them along with anything else I get down the road. 11/10 recommend!
