My passion is working with children and adolescents using mind and body modalities. I am a registered yoga teacher trained in mental health-based yoga. I am skilled at using art, play and movement - as well as talk therapy - to help patients reach their goals. I love to have fun and laugh, so I often use humor to connect with patients. My office is filled with games, toys and art supplies, which I use to help patients on their healing journeys. \n I have two cats who are spoiled. My husband and I enjoy hiking and attending concerts. I love reading, crafting, baking and gardening.
