My love of kids led to my specialty in pediatric nutrition. \n Good nutrition plays a crucial role at every stage of our growth and development. It's incredibly rewarding for me to see babies thrive and develop into healthy adolescents and teens. And it's a privilege to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families. \n Patients can count on me to provide compassionate, personalized and evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. I strive to empower patients and families with the tools they need to make informed choices about the foods they eat. \n Outside work, I enjoy staying active in a number of ways, including walking my German shepherd and doing hot yoga and hot Pilates. I also cherish spending time with my teenaged daughter. \n I stay current on the latest nutrition science and am constantly expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve my patients.
