Poor customer service each time I’ve been in. I stopped in today to pick up three things. I get to checkout and they have two lanes open. One with a “co-manager” Arthur and I think it was and a female worker at a single register. There were four people in each line. The co manager and the female took two people ahead of me. The female worker separated and went to open another register. She took the person in front of me in line. I then, still patiently waiting, stay in the line where the co manager was on the register. Another customer comes up behind me and goes to the female workers register. No big deal I’m in line to be helped next. Wrong. I get up to the co managers line and he tells me to go to the female workers register instead. He points to the lane closed sign that is not even visible as it is behind a rack mind you. I was then behind the customer that just walked up to the register. Total checkout time for 3 items being 10 minutes is ridiculous. The interaction at check out did not make up for it as it was terrible. Barely acknowledged my existence. I would rather travel to another location than spend another moment in this store where they obviously do not value customers. If any member of management or corporate would actually like to view this interaction I checked out at around 4:05 pm on 08/01.

Went to this Hobby Lobby location this morning(Feb 9, 2026) around 9:20 am(just 20 minutes after they opened). Went to the restroom right when I got there and the ladies room looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Shouldn't a store restroom be spotless first thing in the morning due to being cleaned the night before? The trash can next to the door right when you walk in was full of trash and had tork towels all around it. The soap dispenser has been broken and coming off the wall for a while now. The restroom dividers are just nasty and needing to be wiped down really badly. The small trash can hanging on the walls in the stalls were so full they couldn't even close. Nasty stuff on the toilet as well as toilet paper and tork pieces on the floor scattered about. After leaving the restroom, walked around past the fabric section towards the floral section. Stuff on the floor on multiple aisles including broken fake leaves and other things from the floral area. The carpeted area as soon as you walk into the store doesn't even look like it has been vacuumed since the store first opened. Does Hobby Lobby have actual cleaners that come in to clean the store, or do the workers just do it whenever they feel like it? Honestly, as the store is now, I do not recommend going to this location.

They had alot of unusual stuff. I liked the displays and the staff very welcoming. A great spot to shop for crafts. Thank you!
