They always promptly returned my calls and emails. The disc I ordered was beyond my expectations. Much heavier and better than i expected. I was well pleased with their service and product. Delivery was fast and at a fair price.

Very happy with my purchase. Bryan was great to work with—friendly, straightforward, and offered the best price I found. The concrete bucket is built with thicker steel than others I looked at, which was a big plus. I’ll be putting it to use this week and will update with more feedback after I’ve had some time with it.

I had a great experience with Fairfield Equipment today. I purchased a Jenkins Super Duty Skeleton Grapple, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The representative answered the phone right away, was easy to work with, and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule so I could make the 1.5-hour drive to pick it up.

When I arrived, he took the time to walk me through several options and gave honest, helpful advice on which grapple would work best for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured—just solid, knowledgeable service.

I’m confident I’ll be coming back for more attachments for my track loader in the future. And as a bonus, the hat he gave me is pretty sharp too!

Highly recommend.
