After completing his fellowship at Indiana University, he remained on faculty as director of Interventional Radiology research for eight years where he focused on the biology of dialysis access failure and liver cancer biology. After retiring from academic medicine in December of 2023, Dr. McLennan now focuses on consulting on clinical research trials & preclinical research design.
