The store itself is great, but the employees here are lacking kindness. When a father comes out of the fitting room asking for a bathroom for her 3 year old daughter. He should receive some kindness from the team as for the ability of a 3 year old to hold her bladder instead of hearing that the nearest bathroom is at a different store as if the employees there didn't have a bathroom for their use.
Again, he wasn't asking for himself but rather a little girl just learning how unkind some people are.
