Dr. Harkaway completed her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania and was elected to the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Harkaway remained at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for her internship and residency training in dermatology. Since then, she has been in private practice and serves as Chief of Dermatology at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington.
