Costumer service no not when you call and get the COSTUMER SERVICE LINE answer all the questions to verify my account mind you I give her my social my WHOLE social and I’m told I need to call back because MY PASSPHRASE defets the social WHICH MAKES NO SENSE WHY ASK FOR MY SOCIAL FIRST THEN MY PASSPHRASE? she then got an attitude with me and did not like to be talked to the way she was talking to me.MADISON is a horrible customer service person. Never have I ever had this many problems calling to see what’s in MY bank account.

Diane Rojel was incredibly patient and helpful. I came in with an unusual issue involving an insurance payment that I couldn't get deposited electronically through my bank account. Diane took the time to work through the problem with me, helped me get a new debit card issued, and stayed with me while I tried the alternative payment method. It worked, and I was finally able to receive the payment.

I really appreciated Diane's patience, friendliness, and willingness to help me find a solution rather than simply telling me there was nothing the bank could do. She made a very frustrating situation much easier. Excellent customer service!

I really like this Credit Union. Everytime I have to go there I don't have to wait but 1 or 2 minutes at the most. The staff has always been very courteous. I am in and out in a flash and I get everything done that I needed.

Diane is the best! She is always so helpful and kind. I have to pay rent with a check to another bank's account, and she just blew my mind that I have the ability to do that with the OneAzCu app instead of buying checks! Another time she warned me temporary cards don't allow spending outside the state as I was telling her I was driving to Nevada. She listens and cares!

Very personable and professional, he had spontaneous answers to all my questions. And I had a lot of those.
