Adam thank you for a fantastic experience- we cannot say enough about how you communicated with us - listened to us , planned our itinerary on both the evening tour as well the day one . Your team Reggie and Monte two words “WOW INCREDIBLE” - they were true professionals -Reggie picking my family up and dropping off at hotel - knowing the area like the back of his hand his tentativeness helping my wife , daughter in and out of the vehicle while opening their doors made us all feel like royalty and safe . Monte the historian what a wealth of knowledge - we benefited from all he knew not just from his stories but the people / staff he knew with each stop avoiding lines by us moving to the front each time - he then would communicate to Reggie without missing a beat on where we would end up walking or existing and Reggie would be there with door open to great us with a smile and take us to next stop - so well orchestrated - WHAT A TEAM and What a INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE- thank you and please thank your team from Jeff , Vicki , Hailey , and David . We booked a 4 hour Welcome to DC private tour. From booking to tour my experience was excellent. Adam talked with me about what we were looking for and took care of my booking. Joel was our driver for the tour, he was so professional, friendly, and a great driver! Monte was our tour guide, omgsh he was so knowledgeable, talkative, pointed out things we would have otherwise missed. All of their staff Adam, Joel, and Monte were amazing 👏

This tour was amazing. We planned a trip for 8 members of our team to travel to DC. The tour was definitely the highlight. Adam was so easy to work with and we were able to customize our tour to accommodate everyone in our party. We had to pivot and change a few things last minute due to the government shutdown, but they have wonderful alternative things to see/do. They truly treat you like VIP's. Rebecca, our tour guide was a wealth of information and so much fun! Our driver was careful and courteous. If I could give Custom Tours of DC more than 5 stars I would.

Excellent communication with Adam all the way up to the day of the tour. Dave our guide and Joel our driver were both professional and excellent! The vehicle was clean, comfortable and we felt like VIP’s! This was worth EVERY penny!

Great experience and excellent way to spend a few days in our capital. Very convenient and efficient with high quality local guides. They do all the hard work while you enjoy the capital. We would have missed so much w/o the guide and were able to see more in less time while enjoying all the little things that the guide pointed out. I highly reccomend and would use again!

Custom Tours of Wash. DC is awesome! We had Charles driving us around DC and Dave as our very knowledgeable guide. My brother is a disabled Vietnam Vet who had a visit to The Wall as a must do on his bucket list. He also wanted to see Arlington Cemetery & the Honor Guard. This was, by far, the best tour I have ever gone on. Monte and Charles were the best. Monte’s knowledge of our US history AND world history is just mind blowing. Charles was an excellent driver. I toured with this company for half-day visits to DC on 26 and 28 September. Leon was an excellent driver. Showed up on time and we very much enjoyed the Mercedes van. It was clean and tidy and he offered us water. He too was clean and tidy and engaging. He knew the streets well and both days was always there on the spot where he needed to be and happy to accommodate. He had my cell phone number and texted accordingly. He and Buck clearly have a good working relationship as it was all quite harmonious.

Buck was amazing and is simply put, a walking encyclopedia on all the landmarks and bldgs. But beyond that, he displayed flexibility when we wanted to tweak our itinerary a bit either based on preferences or a quick drive by, etc. He was very accommodating in that regard and it was appreciated. He is a true professional who you can tell is a nice person. He knew everything and just as importantly he knew the inner workings of all these bldgs and the current happenings. Based on his experience he was able to give guidance re our own expectations as well. His side bar stories of what to look for when visiting various places and landmarks was also informative and entertaining. He too had my cell phone number and stayed in touch re meeting points at the beginning of each day.

This company is amazing. I cannot begin to tell you how much our dialogue has been appreciated over the months when I either had to change my mind on places or tweak it here or there as I was planning things out for my family’s visit. It was important to get it right and your company came thru with flying colors. Your company is worth the money I spent and I intend to ensure my friends and colleagues know they too can put their family's visits in your hands as a safe and professional company. Your company and your employees are appreciated. Thank you for making this a wonderful visit.

This was the best experience we had while in Washington DC.
Our tour guide Susan was wonderful.
She was very knowledgeable, insightful and extremely passionate about what she was doing. We learned so much that I wished we would have done an 8 hr tour instead of 4 hrs. I highly recommend Custom Washington DC tours to everyone! My family had a great time.

What a great tour! Our tour guide Matt was a retired statesman, with tremendous experience working in DC. He knew everything and was great with my kids. If you want a small private tour in a luxury vehicle, highly recommended. We stopped at all the great spots and tour was highly customizable. We had a great time.
