I’ve been going here since 2023 and have always had a positive experience . Right from scheduling/rescheduling appointments to the actual visits. Highly recommend Monisa for physiotherapy and Lin was fantastic for RMT. The support staff is always ready to help and there were hardly any wait times for booked appointments.

Liked my practitioner while they were there, but years later I get an email from an old insurance provider about a claim made for a recent service I never received. I called this place who denied seeing any charges. When I gave them the out by saying did you bill it by mistake on my plan for someone else, they said yes wnd that they would "reimburse" it. Which means they could see the charge and they lied. I told them to reverse the claim since I hadn't been there for years, and then delete my insurance from mt file. They said they would but not holding my breath. Super sketchy to think because I'm not coming in anymore I must not be using the benefit so they make the claim anyways. How dare they take from someone's benefits for services not rendered..not only is it insurance fraud but their scam takes away from the patient's allowances on the plan for coverage they need. Shame.

Update: Clinic made every attempt to rectify the error including contacting my insurance and reaching out to me with an update. Still frustrated that they refuse to anonymize my file after repeated requests to remove all my personal information, saying they keep records for 7 years from date of last visit. Legally, they are obligated to completely anonymize my name, insurance and all contact information at any time if I request it be done. Since I am still being contacted, this obviously has not been done.

Overall, my experience was very good. This was my initial appointment with the therapist Monisa, and the assistant Shilpa, were extremely helpful in figuring out what was bothering me, and the lady at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming.

Jenifer was so amazing at massage and Eva was a friendly receptionist and Monisa is very nice and friendly physio. Barkha was extremely sweet with all the customers. The whole experience was so nice

I had a great experience at this physiotherapy clinic! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful with scheduling and any questions I had. The service throughout was excellent — the physiotherapists are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about your recovery. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment and tailored the plan specifically to my needs. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and creates a very comfortable environment. I have been going to Fana for Physiotherapy and also sent my husband to see her. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also see Lin for massage therapy and she's very skilled; I wish I could go daily! I very much appreciate Jaz at the front desk who is so pleasant. My personal overall experience was poor. Lack of email responses on a timely basis, documentation requested repeatedly, anxious environment and management team that is not receptive to feedback. I booked for a massage and when it finally happened it was not relaxing or pleasant There are multiple in the facility treating a multitude of different symptoms. Many of these are unrelated to massage. For the most part people going for a massage like to have a calm and conducive environment not hear conversation between a medical practitioner and another person or here's somebody counting numbers while doing physiotherapy sets with a patient. When I complained to management they were very slow to respond-I had to follow up with them three times. When they did finally respond offered me a physio therapy session versus massage therapy which is what I booked. I have no need for Physiotherapy and explain this but that didn't seem to matter to them. I honestly didn't want to leave a negative review however people can be aware of what they are to expect at this particular Clinic. I advised them that I would be leaving a negative review and it didn't really seem to impact them. On another note the actual massage therapist did try to make matters better while there but to no avail.
Unfortunately she contribute to an overall poor experience as she suffers with cold hands-it is not relaxing for me to have a massage with cold hands as I have an allergy to the cold. This was my first experience and my last- perhaps I just had a one-off experience but I am not willing to pay to have the same thing happen. If you are looking for a good massage experience there are multiple other massage therapy options within the surrounding area. Good luck.
