As an active athlete in my 60's, who has been through PT for many years for different situations, I can highly recommend Mike and his staff. They have a professional, thorough approach to health and recovery. They are just awesome.

I love this place! Warm and inviting atmosphere as well as all the therapists and other workers there. My therapist, Mike, is the best physical therapist I've ever had. He really knows his stuff, and he is very patient answering my questions and explaining something until I understand. He has good energy and is always happy and upbeat. Again, I love this place :)

I unfortunately broke my arm due to a work injury, but luckily I was able to do physical therapy at Beachside Therapy. Kevin helped me get back to better than normal. There were times he made me cry but he pushed me past my limits which is exactly what I needed! The staff is great! Megan was always friendly and helped schedule and print out my appointments. Sarah the manager made sure I was always on track! I had Mickey while was out of town and she was able to do more deep tissue and help work the muscles differently. I can’t recommend this place enough! I hope I don’t need PT anytime soon but if I do I know where I will be going. Thanks IHB team!!

I could not ask for a better experience! The staff was wonderful and Mike Holmes was the best PT I ever experienced. I have been to other places in the past and my shoulder is the best it has been in many years. I highly recommend Beachside Physical Therapy.

I apologize that it took so long to leave this review. After Double hit replacement surgery in 2024, I was under the care of this facility for almost the entire calendar year. My recovery has been fantastic, and I cannot say enough nice things about the quality and credibility of the staff. Special shout-out to Kevin, Sarah and Micki.... And I do not want to forget about Mike ! All of the therapists that worked with me were extremely thorough and patient, it really was a very personalized treatment program in an environment that just absolutely promotes healing. My recommendation for this facility is 100%, and for those considering on doing your therapy and recovery here, be confident your results will be just as great as the work you put into it. Many Mahalo's to the entire staff once again, you guys rock
