December 10, 2010 we took in a video to have 3 copies made for Christmas presents. The sales girl said we were within the deadline to get it in time for Christmas. This did not happen and I was forced to go and buy other Christmas presents, so my family would have something to open Christmas Day.
I called the store numerous times and my videos still were not in. Finally, I was given the number for the lab, and the lab said it should be sent out to the Kingsway Dr store in a couple of days as that was there delivery day on Friday. They told me their cut off date to have things back by Christmas was the end of November, but Kingsway Dr. told me differently and said I was within the time frame when I specifically asked them. Black's should get their story straight with all the employees, so the customers like me don't suffer.
I called the store again and my product had not come in. This is now Febuary 3, 2011 and still I have received nothing.
No one has had the decency to call me, or apologize or even let me know what's going on. I don't feel I should have to even pay for this after all this trouble. Have they lost my product? What's going on? I would appreciate it, if a manager got back to me.
