These employees need to be properly trained. I order through the website when they have good sales, but they ALWAYS try to rip you off. They seem confused when you tell them it was an online sale. And they try to charge you full price. And they are rude when you tell them its a sale price. Every employee I've interacted with is less than freindly or helpful.
And on many occasions they forget or misplace half the order, so youll have to hound them to get it. It's terriblely frustrating. I only shop here for thei sales, but thinking maybe its not worth it anymore.
