Went to return a camera bag, without a receipt and they refused, even though, the bag had the price tag, and all other tags intact. I was able to show the debit from my bank account for the purchase 5 days earlier.
They claimed they needed the receipt to see if item was a sale item! They have no records of their sales items? Unbelievable..
Was going to have my old film rolls developed by them. Now I will just take it to Henry's. Better service.
