Don't go there if you're black and if your larger than the average person. I received a colour comment and a weight comment in no less than 10 minutes from the same attendant. I was fuming by the time i left and the only reason i didn't flip was because i was with my kids. I was so determined to go back but my husband talked me down. Just find another blacks.. there's one in carlingwood mall.
I hope the attendant gets to read this. First because you're black, you will reflect back the light. It's basic science that black absorbs absorbs and not reflects... that was comment number one. she then kept pushing for my husband to hold the baby because of his 'smaller frame'. I let that go but a little later, my husband asks me to try holding the baby because she wasn't cooperating. So i gladly sit down, the attendant comes over to me asks me to stand up so she can fix the chair. She pretends to move it an imaginary inch backwards and claims that my husband is 'longer'. I look at her then look at my husband who is practically the same height as me. She takes one measly picture and says it's not going to work. Then asks my husband to try again. "It's your frame you know?" By this time i really wanted to smack her and i took my kids and left.
Basic point is " Don't go to blacks photography bayshore if your black because you will reflect the light from the flash and they obviously can't fix it AND don't go there if you're larger than the average person because you can't fit on the chair they lay out for you..(mind you! it's a perfectly normally sized chair that anyone can fit on)
