This is my updated review, I can’t thank Isaiah and the whomever was in charge today, I came in to get my maintenance work done on my car and I’m your typical average full time college student so finances is a bit tight, but they will work with you on dropping the price where it’s manageable. Will be coming back for future services! Again thank you Isaiah for your help I greatly appreciate it

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. David, the service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Isaiah was also very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I had my brakes replaced, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. They explained the work clearly, completed the job.
The team provided outstanding customer service. It’s hard to find a shop that is both honest and communicative, and this team delivered on both.
I highly recommend them for anyone needing brake service . Very cleaned shop!

Isaiah was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. He was honest about what my car needed and gave me a free oil change with my battery replacement and discounted my alignment, which made the price beyond reasonable. I will definitely be coming here going forward and highly recommend it!
