First time seeing Dr. Janelle Smith at Springfield clinic in Morton. She listened attentively to my issues and helped me with a prescription for bioidentical hormones and gave me a referral to a podiatrist. I really liked her and will see her again.

Love this office and staff. From front desk and onward. Dr. Smith is my primary and I love working with her. She addresses my concerns while showing concern and helped get me started on my road to better health. I have seen Dr. Johnson as well and really enjoyed my visits with him. Both providers are attentive and wants what’s best for their patients.

This office and Springfield clinic are a breath of fresh air and a welcome freedom from the disastrous OSF. If you want a real personalized experience at your doctors office go here. Often times you don’t know what you will get with front desk office staff at doctors offices a lot of them are very disgruntled and probably underpaid going 3 jobs in 1 person I don’t blame them but the front desk here so pleasant, caring, and kind. The nurse Christina that checked me in was very nice and they just respect you there, listen to you, help you not harm you like other doctors I have had. Having spent the majority of my life working in 2 of three local hospitals in various positions I do know healthcare, insurance and the politics that come with osf Carle and proctor. They don’t judge you because you may not have commercial insurance either like I feel and am hearing from other Medicaid patients that osf is doing. And my new doctor dr. Chris Johnson he’s perfect for me if you want to have a thorough doctor who’s very intelligent compassionate and caring but lets you control your life and healthcare by teaching you healthy living through diet and exercise he is your guy and in today’s world that’s truly priceless! And I do believe they respected my faith there because for all those that believe and trust in god we know at the end of the day the true healer is GOD the almighty. I may seem like I’m buttering this facility up but I’m not I’m simply giving praise where praise is due. Having had terrible experiences through the other hospitals primarily osf you recognize and truly appreciate when you are able to find somewhere so good clean and just overall meets every need like Morton Springfield clinic! I’m telling everyone I know about my experience there today. No one likes going to the doctor but if you must this is definitely where u want to go!
