​I had a great experience at MobilCare. I originally went in to get the screen fixed on my iPhone 11, but because the first device had water damage, they were able to swap the screen over to another iPhone 11 for me.
​I’m really satisfied with the service, they were helpful, professional, and made sure I walked out with a working phone. Definitely recommend them if you need fast and reliable repairs!

This place they’re super expensive , poor service and bad customer services , they will make you over spend for their convenience. They fixed the screen of my phone and messed up the volume speaker , I go there to tell them to check it and they want me to pay extra 160$ just to fix the volume. Won’t be coming here again

Two screens in 5 weeks. Both broken within a week. Had this company phone for seven years, no issues, it broken as I dropped it, two screen replacements by this guy in 5 weeks, $400, it's not me, inferior replacements.
Literally go anywhere else. I won't be going back to this useless shop.
I feel I was scammed.
First for a lessor screen at the beginning, then with the 'legit' (as he claimed, official brand) with a screen protector - broken within a week.

Avoid this place. Complete scam.

Dropped my phone in the snow and afterwards wouldn't play sound and couldn't watch videos or take videos. So more than just bad speakers.

Brought my phone and told it was going to be a couple days. Got a call and was told it was going to have to go to the lab for repairs, approx 1 week timeline.

Called them after that and told there was going to be another week because of a shipping delay.

Finally after almost 3 weeks I got my phone back but still not repaired. No big deal because they told me they couldn't fix it and I wasn't charged for anything.

The problem I have is that now my phone won't even take photos which is what I was planning it keeping it for.

I don't really understand how my phone came back in worse condition.

I got my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen replaced at this store, and the experience was amazing. The price was very reasonable, and the service was warm and professional. Peeter was super nice—he replaced my screen in less than an hour, and on top of that, he even gave me a free screen protector and a nice phone case.
