I went to this store to get my shaw package renewed, and the lady Shilpy told me she will only renew my plan with credit if I buy something?
Why do I need to buy accessories to get a credit for staying with Rogers/shaw. Upon further investigating and calling customer care, I found out this credit is given regardless if customer renew as doing another 2 year plan.
What a scam this store it. She was so adamant on free stuff that made me spend $100 on power bank that I did not need. I hope Roger’s looks into this scam.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Roger’s store, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Shilpy. From the moment I walked in, she made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient with my questions, and provided personalized recommendations that were exactly what I needed.

Shilpy’s customer service skills are top-notch. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my choices and even helped me find a few extra deals I didn’t expect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers as much as she does.
