On Saturday March 5, 2016, we took our grandson to DQ and the first thing he wanted to do was see the fish. His comments were; why does the fish not have a tail, why is that fish laying on the bottom, is he trapped under the rock? On closer inspection the fish on the bottom under the rock is very dead, and the fins and tails of the other fish are in very bad shape. Having had fish ourselves in the past I suspect fin rot.

The name of your company is proudly displayed as the designer and maintance provider of the aquarium. If this was my company I would be very concerned about the message this sends to potential customers. I look forward to my next visit to DQ and seeing a major improvement to your tank.
