Delicious food and great presentation, even for takeout. We ordered the vermicelli chicken plate, chicken bánh mì, chicken rice plate, and garlic noodle chicken. Everything was flavorful and well plated. Super convenient to take to go and still tasted fresh at home. Will definitely be back!

Very tasty Vietnamese food. Service is extremely quick & staff is friendly & welcoming. I tried the lychee lemonade, bbq chicken garlic noodles & pork belly banh mi & they were all incredibly delicious! My favorite thing was probably the banh mi, the pork belly is super good & crispy. Try this spot when you are looking for a quick bite for lunch or dinner!

Went to saiga eatery at their Irvine location today and had the most comforting, cozy meal!
🍜 Combination pho with filet mignon and brisket
🍲 BBQ chicken with garlic noodles and green aioli
🥤 Lychee lemonade
🥤 Iced Vietnamese coffee
The pho was perfect for this windy, cooler day, but the real star for me was the BBQ chicken with garlic noodles. So flavorful, extra garlicky, and that green aioli-lemony, tangy, and honestly good enough to drink on its own 😜
Both drinks were bold, sweet, and super refreshing, the perfect contrast to the warm, hearty dishes. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for comfort food done right.

Looking for a quick but tasty lunch before the year end? Saiga’s crispy pork belly got ur tummy.
Plenty of parking, easy stop, noodle dishes around $14.
The pork belly garlic noodles are super flavorful — juicy meat, perfectly crispy skin, not greasy at all.
Vermicelli and spring rolls are solid, and the lychee green tea is super refreshing.
They also do catering and sell frozen pho to take home.

I would like to start off by saying the broth in my brisket pho was SO delicious! I honestly had no words for it when I started eating it.
The service is great and how quickly the food came, on top of that how great the quality of food is, The crispy pork belly was yummy & the garlic noodles had the perfect amount of garlic!
Vietnamese coffee was strong but love the ratio of coffee and milk!
The space is clean and spacious. Can't wait to try more!

I had the pleasure of dining at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery and was thoroughly impressed. Their Filet Mignon Pho is rich and flavorful, with tender slices of beef that melt in your mouth. The broth is aromatic and deeply satisfying. It's evident that they use high-quality ingredients. Definitely my go-to spot for pho in Irvine!

This was my first experience having pho and it was great! Highly recommend for first timers since you put everything together yourself. Also the guava tea was SO good.

I had such a fantastic experience at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in Orange! The place is super cute and modern, creating such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was beyond friendly, with staff who really made you feel welcomed.
Now, let's talk about the food -- absolutely delicious! I had the garlic noodles with BBQ chicken, and it was packed with flavor. The combination of the tender chicken and the savory noodles was perfect. But the real highlight of my day? The freshly baked cookies! Soft, gooey, and so incredibly fresh -- they were the perfect sweet treat to finish off my meal.
I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
Ps. I hope they open many more locations in OC! They are women owned so just for that they get extra stars in my heart!

Not bad Vietnamese fast food. They have minimal seating inside. Didn't like how the hot pho soup was all in plastic, but it's understandable as it's a to go place.

Hands down, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! The balance of flavors in every dish is just right—savory, fresh, and packed with authentic goodness. The banh mi had the crispiest baguette with the perfect ratio of meat, pickled veggies, and sauce. And let’s not forget the iced coffee—strong, smooth, and absolutely necessary. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, you won’t be disappointed.

From the first bite, I knew this place was special! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the toppings fresh and generous. The garlic noodles? Absolutely addictive. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you’re a fan of comforting, homemade flavors with a modern twist, this is a must-visit spot. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

It’s a small/tiny cafe that is located in a business area that is near by John Wayne airport. I’ve been here for lunch a couple of times. They take an order by the touch screen. It gets busy and crowded during the lunch time. Reasonable price for the portions with good flavor. If you enjoy Vietnamese food I would recommend here.

Must-try! The grilled pork vermicelli bowl was bursting with flavor—the pork was perfectly charred and paired beautifully with fresh herbs and veggies. I also tried the garlic noodles with shrimp, and they were buttery and delicious. The food is fresh, the service is great, and the cozy atmosphere makes it even better. Definitely coming back to explore more of their menu!

Love the food here, though we’ve really only tried just the pork belly rice bowl and garlic noodles with pork belly. The pork belly is so tender with just the right amount or crispy for the skin. I don’t know how they make the rice and salad but the light flavor is addicting, so yummy. Wish the Irvine location was open on at least one of the weekend days like Saturday aince it’s hard to get here on a weekend after work when I don’t live nearby. Small place, not much seating.

This is absolutely amazing! 🍜 The food is authentic and bursting with flavor. I especially love their crispy spring rolls and the vermicelli bowls, which are packed with fresh ingredients and savory meats. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I also love that they offer vegan and vegetarian options. Every time I visit, I’m always impressed by the quality and taste. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area!

Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.

For lunch I ordered the pork belly rice bowl and guava iced tea. It is all to go, small seating area inside, but I got lucky and found 1 open spot right outside the restaurant. It’s a bit hard to find, it’s nestled between the round about and offices. Let’s talk about the food… the crispy pork belly slaps! The iced tea is perfectly brewed like how we would in the old country. The pork belly is sliced thin but good portions, crunchy skin, savory and just enough fatty goodness. It comes with the aioli, but I’m a purist, no need for sauce- the pork belly is perfectly seasoned and roasted.

I have been here few times and it’s one of my favorite local Vietnamese eatery to me! I got the pork belly salad and the grilled pork bánh mì. I love that for the salad you have side sauces to dip or pour into the salad bowl at the amount you want and the bánh mì is very flavorful and pack of flavor in each bite. I also got the strawberry lemonade, Vietnamese coffee, banana pudding, and a chocolate chip cookie. All perfectly sweetened and no disappointment. Will definitely come back and staff was very efficient and friendly upon arrival!
It’s an intimate little eatery and great for small groups to hang, eat, and have a great time.

I ordered the crispy pork belly vermicelli bowl, and it was delicious. The pork belly was spot on - tender and flavorful, with a crispy top. Loved that there was shredded mint in the lettuce. Mixed with the carrot and cucumber, it was super fresh against the richness of the pork. A bite with a bit of everything is perfect 🤌

A restaurant in the most unexpected place, near the airport business/commercial area. I tried to call in an order but no one answered the phone. Apparently they only take online or kiosk orders. They have 12 seats total indoor so might not get a table during peak hours. I think this place is best for takeout. I ordered the chicken banh mi sandwich and garlic noodles with chicken. You can choose different proteins like meat, tofu, or egg. The food was very good and flavorful. Only thing my child didn’t like was that the chicken was not skinless. She took off all the skin before eating.

Saiga is a great quick service place! Especially if you like Vietnamese food!
The restaurant itself is small, in a more industrial area. With the small quick service, you can definitely feel the way it's meant for the to go orders.
When you order and pay, it's all at a kiosk. But there will be someone to assist if needed. But the menu is easy to scroll through and select your items.
Now for the food and drink!
🥢Egg Rolls (4 PCS) - These are so crispy without being oily! The filling inside was great. The sweet and sour sauce was a perfect complement to the egg rolls!
🥢Pork Belly Kimchi Fried Rice - This was a merriment of flavors! Added an extra egg, mixing the egg with the rice made the dish deliciously rich. I would like to have had a little hot sauce for it just to give the dish a little kick. But that's just a personal preference.
🥢Pork Belly Garlic Noodles - I love these garlic noodles, they weren't greasy, and it was bursting with flavor! Then you add the green aioli with it, it just enhances the flavor even further!
🥢Pork Belly Banh Mi - The bread on this was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was perfection. Then the combination between the cilantro, jalapenos, picked carrots, with soy sauce and the housemade mayo made this sandwich a delight to eat!
🥢 Bread Pudding with Coffee Whipped Cream - The perfect finisher for the meal. The bread pudding was light and bursting with flavor. Then adding the Coffee Whipped Cream just added an amazingly delicious coffee flavor to it!
🍵 Lychee Lemonade - It was a delicious lemonade! As a personal preference, would like to be able to have a little more lychee juice in it. But it was great to have with the meal!
🍵 Lychee Iced Green Tea - This was a very refreshing green tea, the perfect compliment to the meal!
🍵Iced Vietnamese Coffee - This was the perfect after meal drink!
Overall, I have enjoyed everything I've eaten. Either if you're in a hurry, or you have the time to sit down and eat, try this place out!

I came with my mom and sister on a Thursday evening. Our total came out to under $40 which is such a good steal! The portions are big and we had a lot left over considering we were so hungry. My favorite was the garlic noodles w/ grilled pork. Both the noodles and meat were sooo flavorful, and the green aioli sauce topped it off😙🤌🏻
There’s not much seating inside because it’s more of a Togo restaurant. There’s 2 self kiosks you can use to order or you can order in person. Service was good, our food came out in 15 minutes!
Ordered the:
- Garlic Noodles w/ grilled pork
$14.95 (9/10)
- Kimchi Fried Rice w/ pork belly
$14.95 (6/10)
- Lychee Lemonade
$4.75 (8/10)

It’s a hidden gem inside an office park. It’s my first time here and it’s perfect if you want something quick and to go. Close to the airport, you can stop by and pick up takeout and eat at John Wayne while you wait for your flight. It’s a small place with limited seating, but they pack the food really well, so it’s easy to eat in your car. I ordered the pho and it was easy to pour the broth in the bowl with the noodles. The broth was really hot, which I love! I wasn’t expecting that, considering I had to order this to-go. The garlic noodles are very tasty and the drinks are good and sweet. The staff are very kind and service was quick.

This is place is a little hard to find because it’s hidden in the sky park area around several offices with similar looking building spaces.
Once you get here, it’s very cute and intimate with a friendly staff.
For my first time I wanted to try a variety of things, so I went for the garlic noodles, chicken sandwich, popcorn chicken and Vietnamese iced coffee, yum!
Everything was amazing! The noodles you need to eat right away, the sandwich and popcorn chicken were fine to have leftovers later. If you want to order a lot, I recommend coming with a friend or two to try everything. The noodles are a good portion size alone.
I would definitely come back.

This was my first time trying out this spot.
The shop is a bit small but has indoor and outdoor seating. It’s perfect for those who want a quick bite or even a whole meal because everything’s packed and ready to go, whether you want to save the rest for later or eat it all now.
I got their BBQ Chicken Garlic Noodles, Grilled Pork Vermicelli with Egg Roll, and Combination Pho. I was pleasantly surprised that their pho was very yummy! It was just enough flavor, saltiness, and savoriness you want in a pho. Their Grilled Pork Vermicelli was just as expected, flavorful, slightly sweet, with fresh veggies. I didn’t leave disappointed with the food.
I don’t know of many good, authentic Vietnamese spots in Irvine and so I’ve been waiting for a spot like this to open up.
