These guys took great care of us on a boat we had our eye on. They were extremely fair with the trade numbers, made sure we had plenty of time to look the new boat over and learn about it before leaving, got us in and out quickly and have even been willing to assist with a couple issues (battery and a camera) after the purchase was over. Matt has went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. We will be customers for life. Thank you guys!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE​ with GRANDER MARINE!! We wanted to buy a Blackfin center console boat that they had listed online, and were told we could put down a $500 deposit to hold it since it was a Saturday (05/02/26). Instead, we offered a $1,000 deposit (which we later learned had been increased to $2,000 ​without our knowledge) to show our commitment. On Tuesday (05/05/26), we checked in with the financial manager and were assured that the boat was still available and everything was fine, especially since we still had 72 hours left on the signed agreement. The next day, ​GRANDER MARINE was notified that we planned to finalize the purchase and pick up our new boat. To our shock and disappointment, we were told the boat had been sold the day before—Tuesday!! Fast forward— the salesman, who did nothing wrong, was fired. The COO of G​RANDER MARINE called and admitted that we had been wronged. He then promised to make it right by offering us a better deal on another comparable boat to a Blackfin. As of today (05/22/26), communication has ceased, and we still do not have a boat. Bottom line: it's about INTEGRITY, and ​GRANDER MARINE clearly lacks this trait! While many people may have positive stories, this one event should speak volumes about their business ethics—and unfortunately, about the kind of human beings they are.

Outstanding service from Grander Marine. We dropped our boat off at 11:30 on a Sunday with a shifting issue on the port motor, and by 4:00 pm the boat was fixed and sitting back in the water ready to go. Service manager Scott Orfanello handled it himself and got us taken care of quickly.

We had family and friends in town for the week and a lot of plans on the water, so getting us back up and running that fast meant a lot. That level of service is exactly why I chose Grander when purchasing this boat, and they absolutely backed it up. Very grateful for Scott Orfanello and the entire team.

I reached out about a pre-owned boat I saw they had online. That boat happened to sell before I made my mind up, but Clark was super easy to work with and we exchanged contact information. They took in another boat with a better layout for my needs at a good price and gave me a fair # on trading mine. We did this deal sight unseen on both ends (I am in Florida) and they care about customer service. Before it left he took a video showed me a blemish on it and was upfront about everything. I will definitely purchase another boat from these guys. Even though I am not in the area they were able to warranty something because they try to help there customers. Keaton in the business office was also very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys for all your hard work on the Sailfish.

While at DMV in sales guy was ALL over it and went back to the original dealer and got the MSO. Solving my problems weeks after the purchase!! John is the man!

Avoid doing business here at all costs if you expect ANY service after the sale! Purchased a NautiStar from them in February of this year. When I picked up the boat the salesman did not have any of the booklets to go with it, the trailer or any of the electronics on it. He promised to mail them when he got back to the store from the sea trial. Never happened. Waited several weeks and tried to call him and ask status. He no longer worked there, so called the business and spoke with another salesman who also promised to send out the information. AGAIN, never happened. Waited a few more weeks and called and spoke with the sales manager who promised to send out the information. You guessed it, NEVER happened. It’s now September, almost 7 months since we purchased the boat and we still have not received anything or even gotten a call to say why! Garbage company with garbage people gets this kind of results. Stay away…FAR AWAY!

The spring of 2020 was a difficult time to purchase a boat.
I put 7 deposits on boats and it was so difficult dealing with boat brokers and private owners.
Then I called Matt Dickinson at Grander Marine about a boat he had for sale.
Living in Connecticut and putting a deal together site unseen was a concern. Matt answered every call and text. He took care of all my concerns quickly and took care of everything.

I received my boat from 1200 miles away.
The boat was detailed, packed for the trip.
The boat was everything he said it was.
