I normally don’t write reviews, but this time I had to share my experience. I’ve worked with Pavel on various service calls across multiple properties, and he has always been professional, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues. He is always available to answer the phone and often manages to come out the same day.
I truly appreciate his reliability, responsiveness, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Pavel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional service provider!

Casi Appliances is a great company for all your household repairs. A service provided video repaired my oven and 3 fireplaces. Great service: fast, attention to details, reasonable prices. How they recommend.

I highly recommend Pavel for any gas fireplace service. My Napoleon gas fireplace had not been used for a long time, had become rusty, and didn't work at all. The pilot light and burner were not functioning.

Pavel did an amazing job restoring it. He thoroughly cleaned and repaired the fireplace, painted the interior, and made it look like new again. Now it lights perfectly and operates beautifully.

Pavel is knowledgeable, professional, and pays great attention to detail. His workmanship exceeded my expectations. If you need someone to repair or service your gas fireplace, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Pavel, for bringing our fireplace back to life!
