First and foremost my server was very friendly, professional, and as timely as she could be. She was a lone server servicing the whole restaurant. I was ok being patient as that is out of her control however on a Sunday lunch hour an additional staff may be needed for the Buckhead, GA location. As there were birthday parties, families, couples and many solo diners. I spent around two hours total at the establishment. The environment is beautiful, clean, and visually appealing. It has a nice fresh feeling in the restaurant and also there is patio seating with overhead fans. ------------------------ My one star rating in particular is for the LOBSTER ROLL. I ordered the lobster roll with truffle fries and a side of macaroni and cheese in addition to a glass of wine. I don't believe there was a lick of salt on any of the food items. This may be standard for this restaurant - I am not sure. This was my first visit 08/16/2026. I say it could be standard based on their focus on food allergies and specifically gluten free options. I confirmed at seating that I had no allergies. Back to the lobster roll I am pretty certain they are using imitation lobster meat! I do not want to pay $30 for imitation seafood let alone a lobster roll. The menu does not state that it will be serving imitation lobster meat. This is very deceitful to the customer in addition to it not matching the costly-ness of the dish. I am highly disappointed with this. I have attached video and picture of my meal at the restaurant and the remaining left overs. It very misleading to advertise a meal as fresh and serve imitation or an alternative seafood option without disclosure. Even if its a mix of fresh and imitation that is still fraudulent to what's advertised. This is the advertisement "available through August 31 for $29. The dish features five ounces of fresh tail, knuckle, and claw meat on a toasted brioche bun with French fries, served warm with seasoned butter or chilled with aioli" ---- I am highly disappointed with my experience of their lobster roll meal, and the delayed service due to lack of staff. MOSTLY the Lobster Roll, the imitation meat and still being charged market value of $30 for what I thought would be fresh lobster.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, but the food didn’t quite live up to the hype.

I recently visited Burtons Grill & Bar in Atlanta, and while there were definitely some highlights, I have to be honest—the food was just okay for me. With all the hype surrounding the restaurant, I was expecting the food to really wow me, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet those expectations.

We started with the Firecracker shrimp and the bread service. For our entrées, we ordered the Signature Wings with fries and the California Chicken Sandwich. Everything was decent, but nothing really stood out as something I’d be craving or rushing back for.

Now, the service was fantastic, and that absolutely deserves recognition. Our experience with the staff was pleasant, attentive, and welcoming, which made the overall visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is also beautiful—the restaurant has a great ambiance that makes it a nice spot for a dinner out, date night, or getting together with friends.

The biggest surprise for me was actually the mocktails! 🍹 Both were delicious. We tried the Paloma Pura and the Berry Sparkler, and they were easily some of my favorite parts of the meal. Refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully made.

Overall, Burtons has a great vibe, beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the expectations I had going in. Maybe I just didn’t order the dishes that truly showcase what they do best, so I’d be open to coming back and trying something different.

Great service + amazing atmosphere + delicious mocktails, but the food left me wanting more.

Checked this restaurant out for lunch. The inside and outside of the restaurant is really nice. It was a nice day outside so we stat outside and had the space to ourselves the whole time.

I tried the lobster roll. Although they give plenty of lobster it lacked flavor. Visually the lobster looks creamy as if it would be flavorful but unfortunately it was not. The lobster was also very chewy, definitely not kid friendly as it could pose as a choking hazard.

My husband got the Cajun shrimp pasta that he really enjoyed and said he would get again.

The restaurant has a big menu so I’m not ruling it out for future lunch dates.

Burton’s was soooo good! I seriously enjoyed everything about this place, the ambiance, food, service, drinks, like my steak was sooooo freaking good especially the parm fries and I took a bite out of my boyfriends burger and it was delicious like you can really taste the premium beef. But I do have to be honest the APPS!?!???!!! Those wings were literally amazing the bbq were genuinely the best I’ve ever had and the cheeseburger spring rolls were top tier! And I almost forgot that superior Caesar salad which was out of this world!

We were staying in the Buckhead area for our daughter’s wedding. By the time we unpacked our car, it was dinner time. We saw good reviews for Burton’s Bar and Grill on Piedmont Rd NE near the Hampton Inn. It was close to our Air BnB but finding it was a challenge for the five of us with the construction and traffic. The place has outdoor and indoor seating. I would consider this an upscaled bar and grill with a darker atmosphere.
From the host to the waiter completely welcoming, friendly, and served us perfectly. There is a variety on the menu and the prices were reasonable. We ordered fish, burger, and salad. The drinks and food were delicious and quality. Our experience at this restaurant was excellent. The only downsize was the large birthday party next to our table, because of this it was considerably loud. They do the happy birthday singing there, this was the only downsize. This would have been our go to stop to eat if we didn’t have other commitments during our visit.
