The death of my mom was very traumatic for me. Lyndsay and Sue were kind, compassionate, professional, and anticipated anything I might need. I felt very supported. Lyndsay did an absolutely beautiful job writing my mom's obituary. After talking with her, she was able to capture everything that I wanted to say, but didn't know how. Thank you!

Our family suffered two great losses within a year of each other. We enlisted Jacobson Funeral Home for both occasions. I cannot sing Sue's praises enough. She is always calm, compassionate, organized, and professional.

Because of the nature of death, you are forced to make big decisions while under the duress of trauma and grief. It's paramount to have a competent funeral director to guide you through this very difficult time, and Sue could not be any better at her job. Sue is the best person in Baraga county to trust with honoring your loved ones who have passed on. I would rely on her any time, and anyone else would not regret doing the same.

Sue was highly detailed and easy to work with throughout the whole process of planning my dad's funeral. She had no problem coordinating with our tribe and veterans and she took time to explain processes we didn't understand.
