Consistently overcharges you…. Go somewhere else unless you want to pay double what you thought you’d pay.

I paid for 4 individuals on website after they insisted I make a reservation prior to arriving to the completely empty place. Upon arrival there was no mention of further charges. Website took payment for reservation for party of 4 and sent confirmation email that stated:

Guests 4 persons

and Duration 60 minutes

So our posse agreed to split the fee collectively.

Lo-and-behold after we completed one hour the man insisted the 3 other individuals pay and suggested he would call the police if they did not pay. We felt terrified as he raised his voice.

We did not intend to spend 40 dollars each on a place that used Home Depot axes and Chinese made furniture that is available for cheap on Amazon.

Website made zero indication that this is the policy and reservation explicitly suggested that no further charge was required.

Upon arrival the man made no suggestion of further payment required. He only forced us to pay extra, even more than what is online per person, after threatening to call the police and that he 'knows people'.

We felt scammed and cheated. If you'd like to feel that too, then Axeclusive is an excellent location to reserve!

We also had a minor in our posse that he illegally failed to ID.

The high reviews for this place are several years old but it is under new management... don't trust them.

Horrible experience. Will not go back and do not recommend! It was empty on a Friday night. Only my friend group was there and I can see why. The man at the front desk was very hostile and made the experience very uncomfortable. He stood there just watching us we felt we had to walk on eggshells or like school kids scared of a mean teacher that was going to yell at us. We were very respectful didn’t swear, yell, or break any rules yet he yelled at us about everything like we were kids. So I don’t understand the hostility? Don’t go here if you want to have a good time with your friends.

We had a very beautiful time.It was awesome during the virtue reality.I did the ocean huppy did zombies it was unreal!!!! And the paintings will hang in the bedroom!GreatTime!!!!

I was very surprised that they only had the two small rooms, especially since he seemed to be triple booking everyone on Valentine’s night. It’s as if he just wanted to make as much money as possible while putting us at a huge disadvantage. All of the furniture and seating was very dirty & uncomfortable. I’m wondering how there’s a 4.9 rating. It should be 45 minutes per activity. By the time we had finished ace throwing we were supposed to hit the splatter room. He sent another couple in before us that had just showed up & lied saying they were booked a long time ago & if we could wait an hour, same time to wait for the VR. We explained we don’t live anywhere near & he claimed he would stay late to let us complete all of them. When we didn’t tell him where we came from for the thesis time he asked, he grilled us about it the entire night until he got an answer. It was invasive and weird. We walked outside and wasted time for a while. When we came back he had the people in VR finish up since they came in a little after us, their time was done. We stepped into the room where there’s only one headset for a couple. There were no sanitizing wipes or anything to clean everything down from everyone else’s germs. When I put the headset on, the quality was so horrible I just felt dizzy. My man enjoyed playing it though. Then when we were done the splatter room was finally open. There were hooks outside of the room where we had to leave our personal belongings out in the open where anyone can touch. I especially didn’t like that. The room still has other people’s paintings sitting on easels. No idea if they were trash or we should be careful. He kept clearly trying to push us to get the dark canvases, even though we stated 3 times we would take white ones. The paint options were slim. About 6 colors and 4 of them were painting as the same color as some of the others so really 3 colors. Everything seemed cheap minus the canvases that we had to pay an up charge of $12 each. There were some stencils that weren’t very helpful & the paint brushes and water were filthy before we even started. Old, messed up, soggy, dirty brushes. For the price of nearly $200+ & not being from this area, I expected a lot more of a quality experience. All instructions were rushed, nothing made this feel like a nice experience besides us enjoying each other’s company. I would not return & the prices are way too high for the quality. $50 seems more appropriate pricing for the bundle pack at this location. I felt jipped on everything but the axe throwing.

The overall experience was amazing truly. It was so fun getting to mess around with paint. It was a welcoming experience with a high tech vibe. Would truly come again and explore all that's around. We did the paint room and it was such a good time.

We came here with my wife and our daughter. Axe throwing was the first activity we tried—and we loved it! Our 14-year-old daughter quickly figured out how to throw the axe and even beat me a few times. 😉

We skipped the splash room, but the group of kids in there seemed to have a blast painting the canvases, walls, and each other.

We wrapped up in the VR room, where we played a few fun games.

Overall, a really cool experience—totally worth a try!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our experience at Axeclusive! Visited this place after 3 years. They're still the best. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something exciting and different to do!

Hassan was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure we were comfortable and safe the entire time. He gave us clear instructions and fun tips. The atmosphere was energetic but laid-back, perfect for a group outing. The lanes were well-maintained, the music was great, and everything felt clean and organized.

The splatter was fun but when getting the splatter gear robes, the man looked at me and said “what size for you, probably a large right? Maybe an extra large, huh?” Super humiliating, rude and not necessary to say.

I would not recommend this place, the boards on the target were loose and bouncy, but I was still throwing the axes as you should, not over powered at all. then the axe handle broke and they blamed my for the damage and tried to charge me $50 for a cheap axe, when they seen I was upset by this they told me they can help me by charging me $35. I think this is ridiculous and wanted to fight it, but it is in the waiver you sign, any damage to the axes or any of there property other that the target is your responsibility. Visitors beware.

Excellent Lounge and staff is very friendly and chill. My family and friends had so much fun in the Axe Throwing. We also played in the VR and Splatter room. It was a BLAST!!! We spent almost 2 hours. I will highly recommend anyone who wants to have fun and enjoy there time.

We hosted my daughter's 9th birthday here and it was wonderful! She had a big group so the team built a separate splatter room so they could all participate in painting together. We were able to bring in food/drink and everything flowed perfectly. Would definitely recommend for splatter or axe throwing!

Really cool spot. They have axe throwing and a VR Room. Different type of pointy things to throw and several vr games. Only lil prob was you can hear everything going on outside the vr room (its was Saturday so was pretty packed)and the headset has a little wear but we went back to back dates so obviously wasnt that much of a problem once we got the hang. The staff is super cool and helpful, partly the reason we returned honestly. Most def will return. I bought online and signed waivers online so made for a really easy setup and luv the staff, plus free parking and they have snacks for sale.

Very nice place and very entertaining. It is by appointment by hour so it is well organized. The employee that was on shift was a very nice guy, explained everything in detail and also went through the different axe games and answered all of our questions as well as demonstrate the different techniques multiple times. They also have 2 different axe sizes so you could figure out which one would work for you. It is safe and super fun! Time went by very fast!
