I Think the issue is you call and it directs you to a corporate customer service department. THEY, are VERY NICE. Very helpful & kind. Then you go in-store locally in Grand Junktown fashion, the employees are RUDE have no service skills whatsoever. They have no knowledge base and try and belittle you. My husband had asked a few questions and after being smirked at stated said, We'll I'll call someone else I guess, and the employee told him, that would be a good idea. No need for that Nonsense. Sadly not surprised anymore. Do not recommend buying from Ferguson, unless your into that kind of treatment.
