Gave them another chance at having parts, a fan belt for crying out loud! Not in stock. If i could give this place a no star, I would. Don't stop here for parts, best drive all the way to the East side location. Don't know why west location is open.

They have some specailty plumbing tools you cant find in the big box stores. They have plenty of plumbing supplies.

These guys are what make Ferguson Fantastic! Very knowledgeable crew, always willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Just great experience, would definitely recommend them to anyone for Plumbing, HVAC or even appliance issues at your home.

Very disappointed, store manager ( Daniel) provided terrible customer service and awful attitude, seemed like hates working there. You’re supposed to help customers and provide good customer service, not making them wait two hours for material that your store shows to have in stock and that all you need to do is take it out of the box, I’m sure that doesn’t take two hours.
Attitude is the key to gain or loose customers.
Remember you’re a customer service employee!!
