Buyers beware. Bends Showroom location is good about taking your $ but NOT good when things go wrong. ZERO customer service for warrenty items. They make you do it yourself. I was fortunate to have found a person in Portland who made it a breeze but also offered other alternatives. Services in Bend in general has gone downhill. Nobody wants to work but still get paid.

I recently went in looking for fixtures do redo my bathroom. The reception lady was rude and unwelcoming. I had to ask if I could be helped otherwise no one would have helped me. She went on to say the guy that could help had appointment in an hour. I said that’s not a problem I will be done by then. Scott is the one who helped me and he seemed less then excited to be doing so. I picked everything out quick. The one thing I forgot to measure was my tub and he gave me his email so that I could send him dimensions. I emailed dimensions and haven’t heard anything. I even sent a follow up email asking if I should go elsewhere. Not a word. I guess I won’t be hearing back from them.

Great recourse for the pro and home reno handyman. Great prices and higher quality plumbing supplies than Home Depot. Plus a vary friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Called Order in, friendly knowledgeable staff, ample parking, convenient location, sometimes calls get forwarded to other city locations if they're too busy to pick up, understandable.
