I was recently involved in a home project of my own doing and ran into some plumbing issues. Keep in mind, it was a on a Friday and approaching closing time. The Ferguson crew assured me on the phone not to worry, cause they had the parts needed. Plus they even waited a few minutes past closing due to traffic. Would highly recommend Ferguson for the exceptional service!

Called because the item I was looking for show Ferguson having the part. But the guy answering the phone was zero help and said it would take 4 weeks to get the tank.
Found it at Lowe’s and they can get it to me I 2 days!

They have PROMINENT signage stating gallery. But when you drive out there, they first don’t have the door unlocked near the handicapped parking, instead giving pros the spots closest to the door they use. Then they are NOT a gallery, just a supply shop. For people like me who knew they were a gallery years ago, they need to remove and replace the signage as it is highly misleading! Now have to drive 3 hrs round trip to the nearest Ferguson Plumbing GALLERY!

They screw you price wise but have some items in stock. I needed 10 valves and they only had 2. I needed a water heater same day and paid 30 percent over lowes and 50 percent over online sellers price because I needed it same day. I would not choose buy here unless it is urgent. Helpful staff but they were not able to check me out right away they had to fight with point of sale for a little while then had to log out and use another machine.

I am a homeowner in Palm Coast, and I needed a Pro Flo toilet seat. I researched online and found that the nearest dealer was Ferguson. What a pleasant shopping experience. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes and the product was on the way and will probably be delivered tomorrow. Customer service rep was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Will use again, and highly recommend.
