My acrylic shower pan showed a very small crack and it was suggested by several companies to have it replaced. They suggested a complete bathroom overhaul, but we liked the existing tiles. Waterworks agreed to replacing the shower pan and first layer of tiles without redoing the entire bathroom.
I removed the first row of tiles and recycled what I could and removed the shower pan myself (Upon removal, I could see the crack had gone completely through the acrylic and was starting to leak). I had some leftover tiles from the original installation that they fitted onto the wall after they installed the shower base.
One image shows the original shower, another the removed tiles and shower pan, (which you can see was originally not installed properly) and another shows the rebuild. I also had them replace the shower cartridge at the same time (which was difficult to remove). I installed the new shower doors myself.
Service was quick, the tiles were arranged aesthetically, and everything works well. Pricing was competitive for the work, you pay for talent as well. I would recommend them.

Waterworks is our go to plumbers for our house and today we got them to attend to a toilet issue that needed to be addressed at our condo. As always the communication was excellent from the time we called to when the job was done. Michael took care of us today; he identified the issue quickly, explained what needed to be done and in no time the job was done. He even went out of his way to help me fix the vanity drawer. As always would highly recommend!!

Michael and and his partner (sorry, I don’t know how to spell your name) were great. They came when we scheduled the visit, arrived ready and went straight to the problem while being nice and friendly. They assessed the issue, gave me a couple of alternative quotes but were able to fix the problem right away. 100% recommend them, their card is already in the drawer for next time we have a plumbing issue.

Michael and D’John worked quickly to install our new bathroom sink faucets and drain. They cleaned up afterwards and answered all plumbing questions we had with useful recommendations. We would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues.

We had a slow steady leak from our kitchen drain. Called waterworks and they had Alija come the next day. He is very pleasant and did a fantastic job fixing our leak. Highly recommended!

Was impressed from the get go - fabulous and clear communication about times, upfront pricing. The plumber was knowlegable and helpful, happy to troubleshoot and when things proved more complicated than they first appeared, presented our options clearly and without pressure. Payment was straightforward, with etransfer option. Immediately booked in for our new dishwasher installation and would enthusiastically recommend to anyone. As a homeowner having a roster of trusted technicians is key, and I am so greatful to know I have a plumber now that I can rely on - kinda hope something else breaks!

10/10 - Highly Recommend!

Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job installing the instant hot water tap next to my sink faucet. He even had a specialized drill to cut through my marble without any cracking, which I greatly appreciated. The installation was flawless!

Rapinder was equally fantastic, organizing everything and providing timely updates throughout the process. She made everything seamless.

Overall, a great experience with work completed to a very high standard. Thank you!
