Waterworks is our go to plumbers for our house and today we got them to attend to a toilet issue that needed to be addressed at our condo. As always the communication was excellent from the time we called to when the job was done. Michael took care of us today; he identified the issue quickly, explained what needed to be done and in no time the job was done. He even went out of his way to help me fix the vanity drawer. As always would highly recommend!!

Michael and and his partner (sorry, I don’t know how to spell your name) were great. They came when we scheduled the visit, arrived ready and went straight to the problem while being nice and friendly. They assessed the issue, gave me a couple of alternative quotes but were able to fix the problem right away. 100% recommend them, their card is already in the drawer for next time we have a plumbing issue.

Michael and D’John worked quickly to install our new bathroom sink faucets and drain. They cleaned up afterwards and answered all plumbing questions we had with useful recommendations. We would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Was impressed from the get go - fabulous and clear communication about times, upfront pricing. The plumber was knowlegable and helpful, happy to troubleshoot and when things proved more complicated than they first appeared, presented our options clearly and without pressure. Payment was straightforward, with etransfer option. Immediately booked in for our new dishwasher installation and would enthusiastically recommend to anyone. As a homeowner having a roster of trusted technicians is key, and I am so greatful to know I have a plumber now that I can rely on - kinda hope something else breaks!

Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job installing the instant hot water tap next to my sink faucet. He even had a specialized drill to cut through my marble without any cracking, which I greatly appreciated. The installation was flawless!

Rapinder was equally fantastic, organizing everything and providing timely updates throughout the process. She made everything seamless.
