I am appalled at the customer service I received at this Keene location. I purchased a Geek bar for $27.99. Asked for a receipt, wished them a happy new year and drove 45 min home. When I got home I opened the box to find the vape wouldn't hit. It was 100% charged and life. I called the store. The clerk said there's nothing she can do without the manager. I drove back to the store where I was forced to purchase another vape. I tested it in store, paid, got a receipt, thanked them and left. I understand there's nothing they could do but I was assured to return the next morning so that Cooper, the store manager, could exchange it. When I got there, Cooper refused to exchange the defective vape. He said store policy prohibits returns/exchanges on disposable vape once they leave the store. When I asked for the cooperate number he demanded I leave the store. Cooper would not listen and repeated for me to leave. I turned around and left. I can not believe I was treated with such disregard. I have been a faithful customer for 5 yrs and belong to the points club. I only left one star because zero is not an option. I emailed cooperate without a response. Working in customer service, NO ONE WILL EVER BE TREATED LIKE THIS IN MY WORKPLACE!! DO BETTER COOPER & SMOKERS HAVEN!!!

Store products so far behind the counter you can’t read them and treat you like you want to steal for asking if you can step behind. Employees reading the names of 100s of products one by one without knowing what you’re looking for is not conducive to business and I won’t be coming back. I know you can’t have people stealing but maybe install cameras? Or place items close enough for people to read? Common sense honestly

McKenna (aka Kenna) in the Keene store has always been super helpful to me! I've asked her all sorts of questions and requested her advice on my many trips there for different situations. Kenna knows about the various products offered and always seems to have the knowledge and and honest recommendations to assist me to try and find the right option for me at that time. 5 star treatment every time I go. I try to plan my visits to the store to match up with Kenna’s work schedule because I know if she’s working I’ll get the best customer service! She is extremely knowledgeable & her recommendations are always excellent. The last rec she gave me became my new go to brand. Sometimes I go in just to visit Kenna and get a cone. Her customer service is unmatched, and she makes me feel so safe and welcome inside of the store. Considering all the love, effort, and attention she very visibly puts into smokers Haven, I think she deserves at least a $10 raise.

I purchased two vapes Friday and Saturday evening one stopped working manufacturing issue I'm assuming. When going in and asking if I could receive a replacement or a credit to my account because I buy vapes their weekly I was told sorry nothing can be done have a good day . Needless to say I won't be returning very disappointed if I've had an issue with let's say monadnock vapor or even Jake's 5 star I would receive a replacement this is just bad business.

Check this spot out for sure!! I just barely turned 21 so I’m new to these shops - it can be very overwhelming. I always liked Smokers Haven't when I lived in New Hampshire. I was visiting in keene and decided to stop in. They had everything I was looking for and the people working definitely knew what they were selling. Very friendly and a positive experience over all. Will stop here again when I'm in the area.
